Das Projekt hat zum Ziel die Arbeitsprozesse und Abläufe im Bereich des technischen Service und der Wartung von Anlagen zu digitalisieren um so die Kosten einzusparen, die Effizienz zu erhöhen, die Serviceeinsatzplanung zu optimieren und die Kommunikation zum Kunden zu verbessern. Durch den Einsatz von Fernmonitoring-Technologien sollen die Betreuung und der Service und die Wartung der Anlagen optimiert werden. Aufgrund von geeigneter Datenanalyse soll eine vorausschauende Wartung ermöglicht werden. (German)
