Im Rahmen des Projektes Stamer 4.0 werden sämtliche betriebliche Abläufe durch den Einsatz geeigneter, individuell anpassbarer ERP-Software digitalisiert. Durch die duchgängig digitalisierten Prozesse werden Schnittstellen- und Informationsverluste vermieden und gleichzeitig wird die Effizienz hinsichtlich interner kaufmännischer und technischer Abläufe, im Bereich der Fertigung sowie auf der Baustelle vor Ort gesteigert. Die Grundidee ist, dass alle Informationen und Prozesse auf digitalen Karten abgelegt sind, z.B.Kontakt-, Personal-, Maschinen-, Artikel-, Prozess-, Projektkarten, etc. und allen Mitarbeiter in digitaler Form zur Verfügung stehen. Die digitalen Karten sind miteinander verknüpft, wobei die zentrale Karte die Projektkarte ist. (German)
