SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project involves the development and development of an unmanned aerial vehicle (‘drone’) in two different types of propulsion and range, which may serve as a means of transporting cargo of up to 3 kg or as aircraft intended for patrol purposes or measurements using specialised aircraft to be loaded onto the aircraft.It will be a universal solution that can be used in many areas of the economy (e.g. agriculture, forestry, geodesy, energy, environment, emergency medical service) and by various services, the military and institutions.The application spectrum further extends the choice of one of the two means of propulsion and, therefore, to & extra;the extent and time of the operation of the machine in question.For short and medium-haul applications, an electric drive will be used to allow a flight to be operated around 1h with a minimum range of 40 km.In the mixed propulsion (additional combustion engine), the range will increase to a minimum of 150 km and flight time to 2h.An additional feature of this arrangement is the vertical start and landing, (VTOL) without any additional infrastructure, modern machinery control and control and a high level of security for the machinery itself and the cargo carried. SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i stworzenie bezzałogowego statku powietrznego, (tzw. drona) w dwóch wersjach różniących się rodzajem napędu i zasięgu, które służyć mogą jako środek do transportu ładunku o masie do 3 kg lub jako statek powietrzny przeznaczony do celów patrolowych lub dokonywania pomiarów z wykorzystaniem specjalistycznej aparatury umieszczanej w statku powietrznym w miejsce ładunku. Będzie to rozwiązanie uniwersalne mogące być wykorzystywane w wielu dziedzinach gospodarki (np. rolnictwo, leśnictwo, geodezja, energetyka, ochrona środowiska, ratownictwo medyczne) oraz przez różnego rodzaju służby, wojsko i instytucje. Spektrum zastosowań poszerza dodatkowo możliwość wyboru jednego z dwóch rodzajów napędu, a co za tym idzie – zasięgu i czasu pracy w locie danej maszyny. Dla zastosowań krótko i średniodystansowych stosowany będzie napęd elektryczny, pozwalający na operowanie w locie ok 1h z zasięgiem minimalnym wynoszącym 40 km. W wersji z napędem mieszanym (dodatkowy silnik spalinowy) zasięg zwiększy się do minimum 150 km, zaś czas operowania w locie wydłuży się do 2h. Dodatkowym wyróżnikiem tego rozwiązania jest pionowy start i lądowanie, (VTOL) bez konieczności posiadania jakiejkolwiek dodatkowej infrastruktury, nowoczesne systemy sterowania i kontroli nad maszyną oraz wysoki poziom zabezpieczeń zarówno samej maszyny jak i przewożonego ładunku.
