Clustermanagement: Es stellt mit den Kernaufgaben Netzwerksteuerung, Koordination/Moderation von Clusteraktivitäten sowie Vernetzung nach innen und außen die operative Ebene der landesweiten Clusterstruktur dar. Arbeitsbereiche sind Vernetzung, Veranstaltungsmanagement, Identifizierung von Schwerpunktthemen, Begleitung Förderprojekte, Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Fachberatung: Ziel ist es die bereits bestehende bundesweite reaktive Holzbau- Fachberatung um einen proaktiven regionalen Holzbau Fachberater in Baden-Württemberg zu ergänzen. Dies führt dazu, dass die Initiative nicht nur mehr vom Konsumenten ausgeht sondern, dass der Konsument jetzt auch direkt durch den regionalen Holzbau Fachberater angesprochen wird. Die Holzbaufachberatung betreibt eine aktive Ansprache der Zielgruppe und kommuniziert Holz als den regenerativen und nachhaltigen Baustoff des 21.Jh mit dem Potential wirkliche Veränderung zu bewirken und Vertrauen in Holzbau steigern (German)

Cluster management: With the core tasks network control, coordination/moderation of cluster activities as well as internal and external networking, it represents the operational level of the nationwide cluster structure. Areas of work include networking, event management, identification of key topics, support projects, press and public relations work, specialist advice: The aim is to supplement the already existing nationwide reactive timber construction expert advice with a proactive regional timber construction consultant in Baden-Württemberg. This means that the initiative is not only based more on the consumer, but that the consumer is now also addressed directly by the regional timber construction specialist consultant. The timber construction consultancy actively addresses the target group and communicates wood as the regenerative and sustainable building material of the 21st century with the potential to make real change and increase trust in timber construction (English)
