In diesem Projekt errichtet die Gemeinde Schönaich ein innovatives Modellgebäude mit dem nachwachsenden Rohstoff Holz als Baustoff. Durch die prominente Lage innerhalb Schönaichs soll die positiven Eigenschaften des Baustoffs Holz sicht- und erfahrbar gemacht werden. Die Nutzung dieses Modellprojekts wird flexibel variiert werden können, wobei zunächst die Unterbringung von Geflüchteten angedacht ist. Sollte hierfür in Zukunft kein Bedarf sein, so soll eine Umnutzung stattfinden. Die Größen der Wohnungen können den Bedarfen angepasst werden und dem sozialgefördertem Wohnungsbau zugeführt werden. In this project, the municipality of Schönaich is building an innovative model building with the renewable raw material wood as a building material. The prominent location within Schönaichs aims to make the positive properties of the building material wood visible and experienced. The use of this model project will be flexibly varied, initially considering the housing of refugees. If there is no need for this in the future, a re-use should take place. The size of the dwellings can be adapted to the needs and can be supplied to socially supported housing. (English)
