Im Projekt geht es um das Erlangen von grundlegenden Erkenntnissen (Nutzerbedürfnisse und Rechenalgorithmen) sowie die Erarbeitung eines neuen Lösungsansatzes/neuer Strategien um eine Steigerung im Bereich der Energieeffizienz/Energieeinsparung und der Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien (sowie der rationellen Energieerzeugung/- Verwendung) zu erreichen. Durch neuartige Methoden der Potenzialbewertung und Kundenansprache durch ein hochwertiges Onlinetool werden bekannte Kommunikationskanäle zwischen den Marktakteuren gänzlich neu strukturiert und bestehende Hemmnisse aufgelöst. Für die Entwicklung des Tools sind grundlegende Erkenntnisse über die Nutzerbedürfnisse zu erlangen und in das Tool zu überführen. Derartige Auswertungen liegen in der benötigten Detailtiefe heute noch nicht vor. (German)

Through innovative methods of potential assessment and customer approach through a high-quality online tool, known communication channels between market players are completely restructured and existing barriers are resolved. For the development of the tool, basic knowledge about user needs must be obtained and transferred to the tool. Such evaluations are not yet available in the level of detail required today. (English)
