Der Status von Bio-Produkten ist auch bei Abwesenheit von Pestizid-Rückständen nicht sicher bestimmbar. Diese werden so konzipiert, dass sie im Erntegut nicht mehr nachweisbar sind. In der Pflanze werden die Pestizide aber zu Metaboliten verstoffwechselt/eingelagert. Erforscht wird daher ein Analyse verfahren zur sicheren Detektion dieser Metabolite. (German)
