A través de esta línea de actuación se pretende poner en valor el Camino Primitivo de Santiago y la vía romana XIX a su paso por la zona de actuación de la EDUSI, es decir, en la zona del Carmen, así como también se atenderá a poner en valor otros elementos culturales tales como la capilla del Carmen y el Museo Porta Miñá allí situados._x000D_ Entre la Muralla y el río Miño, a la altura de la zona del Carmen, existe una amplia zona verde, sin urbanizar, que alberga grandes tesoros de la ciudad: un tramo del trazado del Camino Primitivo de Santiago, un tramo de la vía romana VIX, la capilla de Carmen y la Sala de Exposiciones Porta Miñá. _x000D_ El Camino Primitivo de Santiago es reconocido Patrimonio de la Humanidad, y concentra anualmente a numerosos peregrinos a su paso por la ciudad de camino a Santiago de Compostela. La Vía XIX forma parte del Itinerario de Antonio, que servía de conexión Astorga con Braga en la época romana. La capilla del Carmen es la posible cuna de San Froilán, patrón de Lugo. La sala de exposiciones Porta Miñá es un edificio rehabilitado que se utiliza actualmente de museo albergando joyas del pasado lucense. Son elementos protegidos catalogados como Bien de Interés Cultural (BIC)._x000D_ Debido a las limitaciones legales urbanísticas actuales, esta zona se encuentra sin desarrollar, de tal forma que estos bienes se encuentran en cierto estado de descuido. Es el caso del Camino Primitivo y de la Vía XIX, coincidente en esa zona con el denominado “Regueiro dos Hortos”, un sendero peatonal que sirve a las huertas del lugar y paseantes desde la muralla romana al Miño. Tal es la situación de descuido, que se echan en falta paneles informativos que destaquen la importancia patrimonial de estos BIC, señalización, mobiliario urbano, mejora de la pavimentación de los caminos y la instalación de la iluminación en estos caminos peatonales, que actualmente carece de ella._x000D_ La operación propuesta incluye:_x000D_ - Señalización inteligente de un paso de peatones (que se creará en (Spanish)
