    Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza cresterea nivelului de ocupabilitate in randul a 325 studenti ai Universitatii de Vest din Timisoara, viitori absolvenţi, prin consolidarea serviciilor de practica din cadrul unui sistem de parteneriate sustenabil si prin dezvoltarea abilitatilor si competentelor practice solicitate de piata muncii. La finalul proiectului minim 130 studenti vor fi angajati. Universitatea de Vest Timisoara, in parteneriat cu SC GI GROUP STAFFING COMPANY SRL, prin intermediul proiectului propus spre finantare, creaza cadrul necesar de formare si dezvoltare profesionala in vederea dobandirii de competente necesare facilitarii tranzitiei de la educatie la piaţa muncii, in special in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului tematic 10 si specific 6.13, al axei prioritare 6, prin cresterea numarului absolventilor de invatamant tertiar universitar care isi gasesc un loc de munca ca urmare a programului integrat propus: 1. Sistem de parteneriate sustenabil cu angajatori din sectorul privat si public, reprezentativi de pe piata muncii, in vederea unei mai bune cresteri a nivelului de ocupabilitate si a insertiei studenţilor pe piata muncii - minim 30 parteneriate incheiate si 1 sistem de parteneriat sustenabil creat si functional intre entitati din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv, institutii publice, ONG-uri, agenti economici, fundatii si alte institutii relevante pentru domeniul proiectului cu rol in instituirea unui sistem functional de stagii de practica in vederea armonizarii cererii si ofertei in ceea ce priveste competentele si abilitatile studentilor cu cerintele pietei muncii. 2. Programe de invatare prin experienta practica: - 325 studenti participanti la stagii de practica si intership, din care 70 de studenti vor efectua stagii de practica in in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI; - aplicare si exersare a competentelor si abilitatilor practice necesare insertiei pe piata muncii prin practica in cadrul unui HUB de practica multidisciplinar special creat prin proiect; 3. Servicii de consiliere si orientare profesionala: - testarea abilitatilor necesare pentru cariera dorita in randul a 325 studenti; - identificarea competentelor necesare in vederea unei insertii mai bune pe piata muncii in special in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate in SNC si SNCD. - workshopuri/sesiuni de autocunoastere asupra design-ului vietii pentru construirea carierei, oportunitati de cariera pentru 325 studenti. 4. Sistem de comunicare corelat intre angajatori si universitate; 5. Facilitarea tranzitiei de la educatie la piata fortei de munca: 1 curs de dezvoltare a abilitatilor si competentelor TIC pentru 75 studenti; 234 de studenti vor dobandi o calificare in acord cu cerintele pietei m (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project aims to increase the occupancy level among 325 students of the West University of Timisoara, future graduates, by strengthening the practical services within a system of sustainable partnerships and by developing the skills and practical skills required by the labor market. At the end of the project minimum 130 students will be employed. The West University of Timisoara, in partnership with SC GI GROUP STAFFING COMPANY SRL, through the project proposed for financing, creates the necessary training and professional development framework in order to acquire the skills needed to facilitate the transition from education to the labour market, especially in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC and the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. The project contributes to the achievement of thematic objective 10 and specific 6.13, of priority axis 6, by increasing the number of tertiary university education graduates who find a job as a result of the proposed integrated program: 1. A system of sustainable partnerships with private and public sector employers, representative of the labour market, in order to better increase the level of occupancy and the insertion of students into the labour market – minimum 30 partnerships concluded and 1 system of sustainable partnership created and functional between entities from economic sectors with competitive potential, public institutions, NGOs, economic agents, foundations and other institutions relevant to the field of the project with a role in establishing a functional system of internships in order to harmonise the demand and supply in terms of skills and skills of students with the requirements of the labor market. 2. Learning programs through practical experience: — 325 students participating in internships and interships, out of which 70 students will perform internships in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and smart specialisation fields according to SNCDI; — application and practice of the skills and practical skills necessary for insertion into the labour market through practice within a HUB of multidisciplinary practice specially created by the project; 3. Counselling and professional guidance services: — testing the skills needed for the desired career among 325 students; — identifying the skills needed for a better insertion into the labour market especially in the economic sectors with competitive potential identified in SNC and SNCD. — self-knowledge workshops/sessions on life design for career building, career opportunities for 325 students. 4. Related communication system between employers and university; 5. Facilitating transition from education to labour market: 1 ICT skills and skills development course for 75 students; 234 students will acquire a qualification according to market requirements (English)
