Esta actuación tiene como objeto la puesta en valor de un pequeño conjunto edificado de gran interés turístico e histórico como es el núcleo de Donramiro, núcleo rural de carácter tradicional muy próximo al casco urbano de Lalín y considerado funcionalmente como parte de su área urbana. Este núcleo tradicional forma, conjuntamente con los de Lalín de Arriba y Barrio de Abaixo, los elementos originarios que han conformado el desarrollo del área urbana de Lalín. _x000D_ _x000D_ Este núcleo, catalogado como “Conjunto ambiental” en el planeamiento municipal alberga elementos muy destacados del patrimonio cultural (Castro de Donramiro e Iglesia románica de Donramiro), mantiene características formales y tipológicas representativas de los conjuntos edificados rurales que constituyen un testimonio presente del sistema de asentamientos y formas de vida tradicionales. _x000D_ _x000D_ La operación propuesta pretende la recuperación, revitalización y humanización de este tejido edificado que está en claro proceso de infradesarrollo urbano, especialmente en su ámbito más próximo a la Iglesia y los accesos principales; la señalización de caminos de acceso al Castro de Donramiro; y la rehabilitación de edificaciones tradicionales como equipamiento público para la musealización de los atractivos patrimoniales y turísticos del núcleo de Donramiro y su entorno cultural._x000D_ _x000D_ Todo ello redundará en una mejora de la identidad patrimonial de este conjunto edificado integrado en el área urbana de Lalín, promoviendo un mayor conocimiento del entorno por parte de los propios lalinenses y sus visitantes. The purpose of this action is to enhance the value of a small built complex of great tourist and historical interest such as the Donramiro area, a traditional rural space very close to the town of Lalín and functionally considered as part of its urban area. This traditional area forms, together with those of Lalín de Arriba and Barrio de Abaixo, the original elements that have shaped the development of the urban area of ¿¿Lalín._x000D_ _x000D_ The area, cataloged as "Environmental Complex" in the municipal planning, encompasses very outstanding elements of our cultural heritage (Castro de Donramiro and Romanesque Church of Donramiro). It keeps formal and typological characteristics representative of the rural built complexes and constitutes a testimony of the system of settlements and traditional ways of life._x000D_ _x000D_ This operation aims to recover, revitalize and humanize this area, which is actually in an acute process of urban underdevelopment especially in the surrounds of the Church and the main accesses. It will also provide the signposting of access roads to Castro de Donramiro; and the rehabilitation of traditional buildings as public facilities for the musealization of the heritage and tourist attractions of the Donramiro area and its cultural environment._x000D_ _x000D_ All of this will result in an improvement in the heritage identity of this historical landmark, promoting greater knowledge of this example of heritage by the residents of Lalín and their visitors.
