Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie furnizarea unui pachet integrat de masuri de sprijin comunitatii marginalizate marginalizate in care exista populatie apartinand minoritatii rome, aferenta comunei Sauca, judetul Satu Mare, in vederea reducerii numarului de persoane aflate in risc de saracie si excluziune sociala si a depasirii situatiei de vulnerabilitate. Obiectivul general al proiectului contribuie la realizarea obiectivului specific al Axei prioritare 4: Incluziunea socială și combaterea sărăciei, Obiectivul tematic 9: Promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea sărăciei și a oricărei discriminări”, Prioritatea de investiții 9.ii Integrarea socio-economică a comunităților marginalizate, cum ar fi romii, prin concretizarea Obiectivului specific 4.1. Reducerea numărului de persoane aflate in risc de sărăcie și excluziune socială din comunitățile marginalizate in care există populație aparținand minorității rome, prin implementarea de măsuri integrate. Indeplinirea obiectivului general al proiectului va fi realizat prin interventiile orientate din cadrul activitatilor de prevenire si combatere a parasirii timpurii a scolii, sprijin pentru accesul si mentinerea pe piata muncii, sustinerea antreprenoriatului. Pentru ruperea cercului vicios al saraciei si excluziunii in care se afla comunitatile marginalizate, activitatile de mai sus vor fi integrate cu un pachet de servicii sociale si de sanatate care vor oferi membrilor grupului tinta elementele de baza pentru depasirea inegalitatii de sanse. Aceasta actiune coordonata a serviciilor oferite prin intermediul proiectului va fi sustinuta de campanii de combatere a discriminarii si de implicare activa si voluntariat a membrilor comunitatii pentru solutionarea problemelor cu care se confrunta comunitatea. Prin ameliorarea conditiilor precare de locuit si reglementarii actelor, proiectul va putea oferi o baza stabila persoanelor marginalizate in vederea iesirii din excluziune sociala si saracie. Avand asigurate necesitatile de baza si achizitionand, prin intermediul activitatilor desfasurate in cadrul proiectului, instrumentele necesare in vederea insertiei pe piata muncii, membrii grupului tinta vor fi capabili sa depaseasca conditia de saracie si excluziune, integrandu-se cu succes in comunitate. Prin proiect se va urmari dezvoltarea unei culturi pro-active, a participarii si a responsabilizarii in randul populatiei prin parteneriate precum si prin implicarea cetatenilor din comunitate la dezvoltarea acesteia. The general objective of the project is to provide an integrated package of support measures to the marginalised marginalised community in which there is a population belonging to the Roma minority, corresponding to Sauca commune, Satu Mare County, in order to reduce the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion and to overcome the vulnerability situation. The general objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of Priority Axis 4: Social inclusion and combating poverty, Thematic Objective 9: Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination', Investment Priority 9.ii Socio-economic integration of marginalised communities, such as the Roma, through the implementation of Specific Objective 4.1. Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in marginalised communities in which there is a population belonging to the Roma minority, through the implementation of integrated measures. The achievement of the general objective of the project will be achieved through targeted interventions within the activities of preventing and combating early school leaving, support for access and maintenance on the labour market, supporting entrepreneurship. In order to break the vicious circle of poverty and exclusion in which the marginalised communities are located, the above activities will be integrated with a package of social and health services that will provide the members of the target group with the basic elements for overcoming the inequality of chances. This coordinated action of the services offered through the project will be supported by anti-discrimination campaigns and the active and voluntary involvement of community members to solve the problems faced by the community. By improving poor housing conditions and regulation of acts, the project will provide a stable basis for marginalised people in order to get out of social exclusion and poverty. Having ensured the basic needs and acquiring, through the activities carried out within the project, the necessary tools for insertion into the labour market, the target group members will be able to overcome the condition of poverty and exclusion, successfully integrating into the community. The project will aim to develop a pro-active culture, participation and empowerment among the population through partnerships as well as through the involvement of citizens from the community in its development.
