Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in continuarea strategiei pentru dezvoltarea sectorului de apa si apa uzata, in vederea atingerii tintelor asumate de Romania prin Tratatul de Aderare la Uniunea Europeana prin pregatirea Aplicatiei de Finantare pentru accesarea fondurilor europene pentru infrastructura de mediu in perioada de programare 2014-2020 si a documentatiilor tehnico-economice necesare. Proiectul propus contribuie in mod direct la indeplinirea Obiectivului specific 3.2 al POIM, respectiv “OS 3.2 Creşterea nivelului de colectare şi epurare a apelor uzate urbane, precum şi a gradului de asigurare a alimentării cu apă potabilă a populaţiei”, prin faptul ca asigura elaborarea aplicatiei de finantare si a documentelor suport, a documentatiilor de atribuire aferente “Proiectului regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apa si apa uzata in aria de operare a SC RAJA SA CONSTANTA in perioada 2014-2020”. Proiectul este in concordanta si contribuie astfel inclusiv la indeplinirea Obiectivului General al POIM prin dezvoltarea infrastructurii de mediu la standarde europene, în vederea creării premiselor unei creşteri economice sustenabile, în condiţii de siguranță şi utilizare eficientă a resurselor naturale. The general objective of the project is to continue the strategy for the development of the water and wastewater sector, in order to achieve the targets assumed by Romania through the Treaty of Accession to the European Union by preparing the Financing Application for accessing European funds for environmental infrastructure in the 2014-2020 programming period and the necessary technical and economic documentation. The proposed project contributes directly to the achievement of the specific objective 3.2 of the LIOP, i.e. “OS 3.2 Increase the level of collection and treatment of urban waste water, as well as the degree of ensuring the supply of drinking water to the population”, by ensuring the development of the financing application and supporting documents, the award documentation related to the “Regional project for the development of water and waste water infrastructure in the operating area of SC RAJA SA CONSTANTA in the period 2014-2020”. The project is consistent and thus contributes to the achievement of the General Objective of LIOP by developing the environmental infrastructure to European standards, in order to create the prerequisites for sustainable economic growth in safe and efficient use of natural resources.
