Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in dezvoltarea aptitudinilor si competentelor profesionale practice specifice si cresterea participarii la programe de invatare la locul de munca, pentru 182 elevi (din care 145 din mediul rural) inmatriculati in sistemul national de invatamant (liceu si invatamant profesional-ISCED 2-3 si ISCED 4,nivel de calificare 3-4), la Liceul Tehnologic “Victor Frunza” Ramnicu-Sarat, prin facilitarea tranzitiei de la scoala la viata activa in vederea insertiei viitoare pe piata muncii, in domenii profesionale relevante specializarii studiate din domeniile Industrie Mecanica, Mecanic auto, Electromecanica, Electrician auto si in concordanta cu propriul set de competente, domenii din sectoare cu potential competitiv,identificate in SNC din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Proiectul propus stabileste un plan integrat de masuri cu beneficii concrete si efecte pozitive pe termen mediu si lung ce vor contribui la finalizarea studiilor si angajare a tinerilor , dar si la cresterea gradului de constientizare,responsabilizare si implicare a agentilor economici prin asigurarea unei perceptii corecte a avantajelor pe care le aduce in dezvoltarea economiei si a comunitatii facilitarea accesului la programe de formare la locul de munca pentru grupul tinta. Obiectivul general al proiectului este in concordanta cu prevederile Acordului de Parteneriat 2014 -2020, Recomandările Specifice de Ţară 2014, Strategia Națională pentru Ocuparea Forței de Muncă 2014-2021 ,cu Programul Naţional de Reformă , cu Strategia Națională privind Reducerea Părăsirii Timpurii a Școlii si Strategia pentru Învățarea pe tot Parcursul Vieții 2015-2020,cu Strategia i Educației și Formării Profesionale din România pentru perioada 2016-2020, Strategia Naționala pentru Învățământ Terțiar 2015 – 2020,cu Strategiei Naționala pentru Competitivitate 2015 – 2020 ,cu Strategia Naționala de Cercetare, Dezvoltare și Inovare 2014 – 2020 si Strategia privind reducerea părăsirii timpurii a școlii în România. Obiectivul general al proiectului este in concordanta cu prevederile apelului de proiecte nr. 11 prin asistarea persoanelor din Grupul Tinta in tranzitia de la scoala la viata activa, facand uz de instrumente si solutii inovative precum oferirea de programe integrate de consiliere si orientare profesionala, organizarea de stagii de practica / programe de invatare la locul de munca, programe de stagii intensive in tari UE. Activitatile de consiliere si orientare profesionala a elevilor din cadrul acestui proiect vor ajuta grupul tinta sa-si identifice propriile calitati si inzestrari personale, sa cunoasca cerintele si oportunitatile pietei muncii si sa primeasca indrumare spre obtinerea calificarii vizate, cresterea nivelului de calificare si/sau angajare. The general objective of the project is to develop specific practical professional skills and competences and to increase participation in work-based learning programs, for 182 pupils (of which 145 from rural areas) registered in the national education system (secondary school and vocational education-ISCED 2-3 and ISCED 4, qualification level 3-4), at the Technological High School “Victor Frunza” Ramnicu-Sarat, by facilitating the transition from school to active life in view of future insertion into the labour market, in professional fields relevant to the specialisation studied in the fields of Mechanical Industry, Car Mechanics, Electromecanica, Auto Electrician and in accordance with its own set of competencies, fields from sectors with competitive potential, identified in SNCDI fields of intelligent specialisation. The proposed project establishes an integrated plan of measures with concrete benefits and positive effects in the medium and long term that will contribute to the completion of the studies and employment of young people, but also to increase the awareness, empowerment and involvement of economic agents by ensuring a correct perception of the advantages that it brings in the development of the economy and the community facilitating access to on-the-job training programs for the target group. The general objective of the project is in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership Agreement 2014-2020, the Country Specific Recommendations 2014, the National Employment Strategy 2014-2021, the National Reform Programme, the National Strategy for Early Exit of the School and the Strategy for Lifelong Learning 2015-2020, the Strategy and Education and Vocational Training in Romania for the period 2016-2020, the National Strategy for Tertiary Education 2015-2020, the National Strategy for Competitiveness 2015-2020, the National Strategy for Research, Development and Innovation 2014-2020 and the Strategy for reducing early school leaving in Romania. The general objective of the project is in accordance with the provisions of call for projects no. 11 by assisting the people of the Tinta Group in the transition from school to active life, making use of innovative tools and solutions such as offering integrated programs of counseling and professional guidance, organising internships/learning programs in the workplace, intensive internship programs in EU countries. The counselling and career guidance activities of the students within this project will help the target group to identify their own personal qualities and skills, to know the requirements and opportunities of the labour market and to receive guidance towards obtaining the target qualification, increasing the level of qualification and/or employment.
