Property / summary: Ciežom projektu je zabezpečenie kvalitného a kvalifikovaného výkonu agendy súvisiacej s implementáciou OP EVS prostredníctvom zabezpečenia vzdelávania oprávnených zamestnancov zapojených do implementácie Operačného programu Efektívna verejná správa (ďalej OP EVS), zabezpeči čo najefektívnejie informovanie odbornej a irej verejnosti o politike a podpore EÚ a jej ciežoch s vyuitím nástrojov masmediálnej komunikácie v oblasti európskych trukturálnych a investičných fondov a zabezpečenie povinných hodnotení v súlade s čl. 54 a 56 veobecného nariadenia a v súlade so Systémom riadenia EIF v programovom období 2014 2020 v rámci OP EVS.Projekt je zameraný na refundáciu výdavkov spojených s realizáciou sluobných ciest zamestnancov, zvyovaním odborných zručností a vedomostí, organizáciou resp. účasou na koordinačných poradách, seminároch, konferenciách, výboroch na území SR a členských krajín EÚ, na financovanie aktivít súvisiacich so zvyovaním informovanosti irej a odbornej verejnosti o európskych trukturálnych a investičných fondoch, výsledkoch zrealizovaných projektov a ich prínose. Predmetom refundácie sú aj výdavky spojené so zabezpečením povinných hodnotení. Počet naplánovaných hodnotení/analýz, výber metód, časový harmonogram atď. sa môe v čase vykonávania OP EVS meni a môu sa zrealizova aj ad hoc hodnotenia v nadväznosti na vzniknutú situáciu, resp. potrebu v danom čase na základe poiadavky RO, CKO a EK.Oprávnenou skupinou sú zamestnanci Riadiaceho orgánu (ďalej RO) zapojení do implementácie OP EVS. Za oprávnené osoby sa vo veobecnosti povaujú zamestnanci prijímateža, t.j. pracovníci odboru Operačného programu Efektívna verejná správa, organizačného odboru a odboru rozpočtu a financovania (platobná jednotka) a iné osoby podiežajúce sa na procesoch implementácie OP EVS. Hlavné typy aktivít projektu sú: 1. Vzdelávanie zamestnancov a reijné aktivity subjektov zabezpečujúcich riadenie a implementáciu OP EVS, 2. Monitorovanie a hodnotenie operačného programu, 3. Informovanie a komunikácia na úrovni riadiaceho orgánu. K prvému typu aktivity Vzdelávanie zamestnancov a reijné aktivity subjektov zabezpečujúcich riadenie a implementáciu OP EVS je priradená hlavná aktivita projektu Vzdelávanie a reijné aktivity subjektov. K druhému typu aktivity Monitorovanie a hodnotenie operačného programu je priradená hlavná aktivita projektu Analýzy a túdie a k tretiemu typu aktivity Informovanie a komunikácia na úrovni riadiaceho orgánu je priradená hlavná aktivita projektu Publicita.Napĺňanie prvej hlavnej aktivity projektu sa bude sledova prostredníctvom povinného meratežného ukazovateža projektu: Počet zrealizovaných vzdelávacích aktivít, ktorý sa vykazuje ako počet zrealizovaných kolení RO pre zamestnancov a jeho plánovaná hodnota je 42. Napĺňanie druhej hlavnej aktivity projektu sa bude sledova prostredníctvom povinného meratežného ukazovateža projektu: Počet zrealizovaných hodnotení, analýz a túdií, ktorý sa vykazuje ako počet vetkých zrealizovaných materiálov a jeho plánovaná hodnota je 4. Posledným povinným meratežným ukazovatežom projektu v rámci tretej hlavnej aktivity je: Počet zrealizovaných informačných aktivít, ktorý sa vykazuje ako počet zrealizovaných informačných aktivít prostredníctvom projektu, kde je jeho plánovaná hodnota tohto ukazovateža 938.Oprávneným miestom realizácie projektu je celé územie Slovenskej republiky. Property / summary: The aim of the project is to ensure the quality and qualified execution of the agenda related to the implementation of the EVS OP by ensuring the training of eligible staff involved in the implementation of the Operational Programme Effective Public Administration (hereinafter referred to as EVS OP), to ensure that the professional and wider public is informed as effectively as possible about EU policy and support and its objectives with the use of mass media communication tools in the field of European Structural and Investment Funds, and to ensure compulsory evaluations in accordance with Articles 54 and 56 of the General Regulation and to the EIF’s management system in the 2014-2020 programming period, in the framework of the EVS OP. The project focuses on the reimbursement of expenditure related to the implementation of the ESI Funds, the organisation of professional staff, and the organisation of professional knowledge and training activities of the EIF in the 2014-2020 programming period. The reimbursement shall also cover expenditure related to the provision of compulsory assessments. The number of planned evaluations/analyses, the choice of methods, the timetable, etc. may vary at the time of the implementation of the ESV OP and ad hoc evaluations may also be carried out in response to the situation or the need at that time on the basis of the MA, CKO and EC request.The eligible group is the staff of the Managing Authority (MA) involved in the implementation of the EVS OP. In general, employees are considered eligible, i.e. staff of the Department of the Operational Programme Effective Public Administration, the Organising Department and the Budget and Funding Department (payment unit) and other persons involved in the implementation processes of the OP EVS. The main types of project activities are: 1. Staff training and management activities of the entities responsible for the management and implementation of the EVS OP, 2. Monitoring and evaluation of the operational programme, 3. Information and communication at managing authority level. The first type of activity “Education of Employees and Reij Activities of the entities ensuring the management and implementation of OP EVS” is assigned to the main activity of the project Education and Reij Activities of Entities. To the second type of activity Monitoring and evaluation of the operational programme is assigned the main activity of the Project Analysis and Studies, and to the third type of activity Information and communication at the level of the managing authority is assigned the main activity of the project Publicity.The fulfilment of the first main activity of the project will be monitored through the mandatory measurement indicator of the project: The number of training activities carried out, which is reported as the number of completed training sessions of the MA for staff, and its planned value is 42. The implementation of the second main activity of the project will be monitored through the mandatory measurement indicator of the project: The number of evaluations, analyses and studies carried out, which shall be reported as the number of all materials carried out and its planned value is 4. The last mandatory measurement indicator of the project under the third main activity is: The number of information activities implemented, which is reported as the number of realised information activities through the project, where its planned value of this indicator is 938.The eligible place of implementation of the project is the whole territory of the Slovak Republic.
