The general objective of the project is to create in Bucharest-Ilfov Region a system of integrated and sustainable measures, which will allow the return to the education and training system of 500 young people who have left school or adults who have not completed their compulsory education and the development of quality educational services by improving professional skills for 420 people in the education system. The general objective of the project is correlated with the specific objective of the call for projects 6.4. which aims to “increase the number of young people who have left school and adults who have not completed their compulsory education returning to the education and training system, including through second chance programs and vocational training programs” and 6.6. which aim to “improve the competences of the teaching staff in pre-university education in order to promote quality educational services oriented on students’ needs and an inclusive school”. It is also correlated with investment priority 10.i. which aims to “reduce and prevent early school leaving and promote equal access to quality preschool, primary and secondary education, including formal, non-formal and informal learning pathways for reintegration into education and training (Regulation (EU) No 1304/2013, Art. 3(1), a)”. The approach proposed within the project, through which interventions in different fields such as education and counselling and career guidance are correlated, is directly consistent with the strategy of the current call for projects, which attaches great importance to integrated measures implemented in conjunction. Thus, through the participation of each person in the target group in education programs, counselling and career guidance services through its support activities, by taking into account the needs of each participant in the program, we create the prerequisites for a favorable environment that facilitates the access of beneficiaries to an integrated service package and that contributes to reducing and preventing early school leaving and promoting equal access to quality preschool, primary and secondary education, including formal, non-formal and informal learning paths for reintegration into education and training. Also, the project results fit into the expected results of this funding call, leading to an increase in the rate of people from the category of early school leavers who re-enter the education and training system, to the development of functional integrated services of the “Second Chance” type, diversified and extended at national level for children/young people who left school prematurely (in Bucharest-Ilfov) and to improved competencies of pre-university teaching staff in order to promote quality educational services oriented on (English)

    Obiectivul general al proiectului este crearea in Regiunea Bucuresti- Ilfov a unui sistem de masuri integrate si sustenabile, care sa permita reintoarcerea in sistemul de educatie si formare a unui nr. de 500 de tineri care au abandonat scoala sau adulti care nu si-au finalizat educatia obligatorie si dezvoltarea unor servicii educationale de calitate prin imbunatatirea competentelor profesionale pentru 420 persoane din sistemul de invatamant. Obiectivul general al proiectului este corelat cu obiectivul specific al apelului de proiecte 6.4. care isi propune „cresterea numarului de tineri care au abandonat scoala si de adulti care nu si-au finalizat educatia obligatorie care se reintorc in sistemul de educatie si formare, inclusiv prin programe de tip a doua sansa si programe de formare profesionala” si 6.6. care isi propune „imbunatatirea competentelor personalului didactic din invatamantul preuniversitar in vederea promovarii unor servicii educationale de calitate orientate pe nevoile elevilor si a unei scoli incluzive”. De asemenea, este corelat cu prioritatea de investitii 10.i. care isi propune „reducerea si prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar, primar si secundar de calitate, inclusiv la parcursuri de invatare formale, nonformale si informale pentru reintegrarea in educatie si formare (Regulamentul (UE) nr. 1304/2013, art. 3, alin 1, a)”. Abordarea propusa in cadrul proiectului, prin intermediul careia sunt corelate interventiile din diferite domenii cum ar fi educatie si consiliere si orientare in cariera este in concordanta directa cu strategia apelului de proiecte prezent, care acorda o importanta deosebita masurilor integrate implementate coroborativ. Astfel, prin participarea fiecarei persoane din grupul tinta la programele de educatie, serviciile de consiliere si orientare in cariera prin activitatile de sprijin al acestuia, prin luarea in considerare a nevoilor fiecarui participant la program se creaza premisele unui mediu favorabil care sa faciliteze accesul beneficiarilor la un pachet de servicii integrate si care sa contribuie la reducerea si prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar, primar si secundar de calitate, inclusiv la parcursuri de invatare formale, nonformale si informale pentru reintegrarea in educatie si formare. De asemenea, rezultatele proiectului se incadreaza in rezultatele asteptate ale acestui apel de finantare, ducand la o crestere a ratei persoanelor din categoria celor care au parasit timpuriu scoala care reintra in sistemul de educatie si formare, la dezvoltarea de Servicii functionale integrate de tip „A doua sansa”, diversificate si extinse la nivel national pentru copii/tineri care au parasit prematur scoala (in Bucuresti- Ilfov) si la competente imbunatatite ale personalului didactic din invatamantul pre-universitar in vederea promovarii unor servicii educationale de calitate orientate pe (Romanian)
