The aim of the project is to integrate into the mainstream of the educational process the results and competences of the pupils with health disadvantages in the Basic Kol Potsdamská in Koice. The activities of the project, which will be implemented in the basic round in Koice, will contribute to the readiness of the pupils for the transition to the next level of education, the readiness of the students to pass from the elementary school to the middle, respectively, their future activity on the labour market, by promoting equal access to quality and inclusive education and integration of the chicks with health disadvantages into the mainstream of the educational process in the basic round in Koice. The main activity of the project is the activity of three assistants teacher and one special pedagogue in the Basic Colonel Potsdamská in Koice. The role of the assistants will be the individual activities aimed at equalising the disadvantage of pupils and ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process, helping to improve the teaching process of pupils with health handicaps. They will participate in creating equality of opportunities in education and education, overcoming architectural, information, language, health, social or cultural barriers. At the same time, they will develop cooperation with parents and the community. The role of the special pedagogical pedagogue will be individual activities focused on professional activities within the framework of special-pedagogical diagnostics, special pedagogical counselling and consultation by the legal representative of the students and pedagogical employees of the school. He will cooperate with the centre of pedagogical and psychological counselling and prevention, will carry out a specialist special-pedagogical care with the qualities in learning and behavior, disabled patients. It will contribute to equalising disadvantages and ensuring equal opportunities in education, creation, innovation, implementation of educational programmes aimed at promoting inclusive education, activities aimed at creating the right conditions for joint education with VET with others. Its work will seek to improve the school’s success of pupils with special educational needs, with an emphasis on pupils from marginalised Roma communities. Individual activities carried out by teaching assistants and a special pedagogue at the basic round in Koice will take place: in the educational process, in the leisure activities organised by the round, in cooperation with the family, in the field of educational activities.     Ciežom projektu je integráciou do hlavného prúdu vzdelávacieho procesu zlepši výsledky a kompetencie žiakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením v Základnej škole Postupimská v Košiciach.Aktivity projektu, ktorý sa bude realizova v základnej škole v Košiciach, prispejú k pripravenosti žiakov na prechod na nadväzujúci stupeň vzdelávania, pripravenosti žiakov prejs zo základnej školy na strednú, resp. na ich budúce pôsobenie na pracovnom trhu, a to podporou rovnakého prístupu ku kvalitnému a inkluzívnemu vzdelaniu a integráciou žiakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením do hlavného prúdu vzdelávacieho procesu v základnej škole v Košiciach. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je činnos troch asistentov učiteža a jedného špeciálneho pedagóga v Základnej škole Postupimská v Košiciach.Úlohou asistentov učiteža budú jednotlivé aktivity zamerané na vyrovnávanie znevýhodnenia žiakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese, pomoc pri skvalitňovaní vyučovacieho procesu žiakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením. Budú sa podieža na utváraní rovnosti príležitostí vo výchove a vzdelávaní, na prekonávaní architektonických, informačných, jazykových, zdravotných, sociálnych alebo kultúrnych bariér. Zároveň budú rozvíja spoluprácu s rodičmi a komunitou.Úlohou špeciálneho pedagóga budú jednotlivé aktivity zamerané na odborné činnosti v rámci špeciálno-pedagogickej diagnostiky, špeciálno-pedagogické poradenstvo a konzultácie zákonným zástupcom žiakov a pedagogickým zamestnancom školy. Bude spolupracova s centrom pedagogicko-psychologického poradenstva a prevencie, bude uskutočňova odbornú špeciálno-pedagogickú starostlivos žiakom s ažkosami v učení a v správaní, zdravotne znevýhodneným žiakom. Bude prispieva k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia žiakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese, tvorbu, inováciu, realizáciu vzdelávacích programov zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho vzdelávania, aktivity zamerané na vytváranie vhodných podmienok pre spoločné vzdelávanie žiakov so ŠVVP s ostatnými žiakmi. Svojou prácou sa bude snaži o zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami, s dôrazom na žiakov z marginalizovaných rómskych komunít. Jednotlivé činnosti vykonávané asistentmi učiteža a špeciálnym pedagógom na základnej škole v Košiciach budú prebieha:vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese,vo vožnočasových aktivitách organizovaných školou,v spolupráci s rodinou,v oblasti vzdelávacích aktivít.
