The project’s objective group is also based on special educational needs, and the secondary target group will be all other schools. Measurement indicators of the project based on their experience are realistically achieved in addition to factors, the project is in line with the specific objectives corresponding to Priority Axis No. 1 Education and the results defined within the specific objectives.     Časový harmonogram realizácie aktivít projektu (36 mesiacov) od januára 2018 do decembra 2020.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom asistentov učiteža pre žiakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením bude zameraná na činnos 5 asistentov učiteža zamestnaných na plný úväzok pre žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami so zdravotným znevýhodnením na základe odporúčaní na pridelenie asistenta učiteža z centra špeciálnopedagogického poradenstva.Typ hlavnej aktivity: Aktivity prispievajúce k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia žiakov a zabezpečeniu rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom členov inkluzívneho tímu bude zameraná na činnos školského psychológa zamestnaného na plný úväzok a činnos špeciálneho pedagóga zamestnaného na plný úväzok primárne pre žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami.Typ hlavnej aktivity: Aktivity zamerané na zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov vrátane žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami.Ciež projektu: zlepšenie študijných výsledkov žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom a utváranie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom na uplatňovanie rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu. Výsledok realizácie aktivít projektu a naplnenie cieža projektu budeme sledova a hodnoti na základe klasifikácie žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami.Ciežovou skupinou projektu sú žiaci so špeciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami, sekundárnou ciežovou skupinou budú všetci ostatní žiaci školy.Meratežné ukazovatele projektu sú na základe našich skúseností reálne dosiahnutežné – okrem faktorov, ktoré nedokážeme ovplyvni – migrácia žiakov a iné nami neovplyvnitežné faktory.Projekt  je v súlade so špecifickými ciežmi zodpovedajúcimi prioritnej osi č. 1 Vzdelávanie a výsledkami zadefinovanými v rámci špecifických ciežov.
