Projekt je zameraný na prípravu a realizáciu inkluzívneho vzdelávania vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese na základnej kole v Námestove. Ciežom projektu je zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov. Projekt bude realizovaný ako pilotný internými kapacitami koly za pomoci novoprijatých odborníkov pre inkluzívne vzdelávanie - pedagogickí asistenti (2 osoby), kolský psychológ (1 osoba na polovičný úväzok) a peciálný pedagóg (1 osoba na plný úväzok).
