Presented project riei modernisation and energy optimisation of public building – municipal office in Povaska Bystrica. The entire building is owned by the municipality of Povaská Bystrica and serves exclusively for the performance of its self-governing functions. Currently, the building of the city office is in poor technical condition, its aesthetic value is negative and the operation is costly. The aim of the project is therefore not to achieve the energy intensity of this building and its modernisation. This objective of the project will be fulfilled by implementing one main project activity and two supporting activities. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the owner and operator of the building, the town of Povaská Bystrica, will be instructed on how to monitor, measure and record the energy consumption of the building and what is apparent from the observed data, and this measure will not incur any costs for the city of Povaská Bystrica. As part of the project, investment-intensive measures will be implemented, for which the city would otherwise not have sufficient own resources to modernise lighting, thermal insulation of the perimeter beach, roof, replacement of windows and doors on the building. The implementation of the project will fulfil the mandatory measurement indicators of the project and the results will thus be the main one to achieve savings of 58.9 %. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Predkladaný projekt riei modernizáciu a energetickú optimalizáciu verejnej budovy - mestského úradu v Povaskej Bystrici. Celý objekt je vo vlastníctve samosprávy mesta Povaská Bystrica a slúi výlučne na výkon jej samosprávnych funkcií. V súčasnosti je budova mestského úradu v nevyhovujúcom technickom stave, jeho estetická hodnota je negatívna a prevádzka finančne náročná. Ciežom projektu je preto dosiahnutie niej energetickej náročnosti tejto budovy a tie jej modernizácia. Tento ciež projektu bude naplnený realizovaním jednej hlavnej aktivity projektu a dvoch podporných aktivít. Vďaka implementácii projektu bude vlastník a prevádzkovatež budovy, mesto Povaská Bystrica, poučený o tom, ako sledova, mera a vies evidenciu o spotrebe energie budovy a čo zo zistených údajov vyplýva, pričom z tohto opatrenia nevzniknú mestu Povaská Bystrica iadne náklady. V rámci projektu vak budú realizované investične náročné opatrenia, na ktorých uskutočnenie by inak mesto nemalo dostatok vlastných zdrojov modernizácia osvetlenia, tepelné zaizolovanie obvodového pláa, strechy, výmena okien a dverí na budove. Realizáciou projektu budú naplnené povinné meratežné ukazovatele projektu a výsledky tým hlavným bude dosiahnutie úspory vo výke 58,9 %. (Slovak)
