Projektiga "Puudega inimeste kodude kohandamine Põlva vallas" kohandatakse 23 Põlva valla kodu seal elavate puudega inimeste erivajdustest lähtuvalt. Kodude kohandamine aitab suurendada puudega inimeste iseseisvat toimetulekut ja inimväärikust, vähendades samas lähedaste hoolduskoormust ning tugiisikute vajadust. 7 kodude füüsilist kohandust tehakse liikuvusega seotud toimingute parandamiseks ning 16 kohandust hügieenitoimingute parandamiseks.
