Το έργο αφορά στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του κτιρίου του 2ου Γυμνασίου - 4ου Δημοτικού Σχολείου Μυτιλήνης, που βρίσκεται πλησίον της κεντρικής αγοράς της Μυτιλήνης. Οι προβλεπόμενες παρεμβάσεις αφορούν: α) Στην επισκευή - αναβάθμιση κουφωμάτων. β) Στην θερμομόνωση της στέγης. γ) Στην αναβάθμιση των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων (Θέρμανση - Φωτισμός), συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της αντικατάστασης του φωτισμού ανάδειξης του κτιρίου. δ) Στην αντικατάσταση του συστήματος κλιματισμού, το οποίο αποτελείται από πεπαλαιωμένα μηχανήματα χαμηλής απόδοσης. Στο πλαίσιο του έργου προβλέπεται επίσης η εγκατάσταση αναβατορίου για άτομα με αναπηρίες (ΑμεΑ), για την διευκόλυνση της πρόσβασής τους στον 2ο όροφο του κτιρίου. (Greek)
