<p>Tο ΚΕΘΕΑ θεωρεί την κοινωνική επανένταξη και ενσωμάτωση ως βασικό πυλώνα της διαδικασίας απεξάρτησης και κομβικό σημείο για τη διατήρηση του θεραπευτικού αποτελέσματος και την πρόληψη της υποτροπής. Για το λόγο αυτό από το 1987 λειτουργεί δράσεις και Μονάδες κοινωνικής επανένταξης. <br/>Βασικός στόχος των δράσεων επανένταξης είναι η άρση των αιτιών του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού των πρώην χρηστών ψυχοτρόπων ουσιών που ολοκληρώνουν το κύριο μέρος της θεραπευτικής διαδικασίας (Θεραπευτική Κοινότητα) επανασυνδέοντάς τους με την εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία και υποστηρίζοντας τους στην επιστροφή τους στην αγορά εργασίας. Τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν αφορούν τόσο νομικές και οικονομικές εκκρεμότητες που έχουν συσσωρεύσει κατά τη διάρκεια της εμπλοκής τους με τη χρήση όσο και βασικές ελλείψεις σε δεξιότητες απαραίτητες για την ένταξη τους στην αγορά εργασίας.Η έλλειψη επίσης κάποιου αποδεικτικού τυπικής εκπαίδευσης (απολυτήριο Γυμνασίου ή Λυκείου) ελαχιστοποιεί τις πιθανότητες πρόσληψης σε κάποια εργασία, όπου οι τίτλοι αυτοί είναι πλέον επιβεβλημένοι.<br/>Η Πράξη αφορά στην χρηματοδότηση για 24 μήνες δράσεων κοινωνικής επανένταξης μέσω της απασχόλησης 8 ατόμων (ενός νομικού, ενός Κοινωνικού λειτουργού, 3 ειδικών θεραπευτών, δύο εκπαιδευτικών και ενός εκπαιδευτή ξυλουργού) οι οποίες αφορούν:<br/>- Υπηρεσίες ψυχοκοινωνικής υποστήριξης, απαραίτητης για την επίλυση καθημερινών ζητημάτων, για την απόκτηση κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων και για την εμψύχωση των ατόμων<br/>- Δράσεις κοινωνικής ένταξης, που ανήκουν στο τρίπτυχο: επανασύνδεση με την εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία επαγγελματική προκατάρτιση σε οργανωμένο εργαστήριο του ΚΕΘΕΑ ΕΞΟΔΟΣ νομική υποστήριξη.<br/>Οι δράσεις κοινωνικής επανένταξης αναμένεται να εξυπηρετήσουν τουλάχιστον 40 άτομα.</p> (Greek)
