The project is carried out by the Centre for Social Integration (an organisational unit of the small sea LAG) in partnership with the District Labour Office and the Poviat Labour Office of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and in cooperation with local employers, during the period from 1 October 2016 to 31 October 2018 in the District. The project aims to increase the employment of people who are unemployed (at least 45 % of the beneficiaries will be recruited at the end of their participation in the project) who are resident in the district, by raising professional qualifications and gaining work experience during the 1.10.2016-31.10.2018 period. The project targets 112 people (75K, 37M) who are unemployed (unemployed and inactive) residing within the following groups (excluding persons up to the age of 30): — persons aged 50 and over — 20 persons — Women — 75. — persons with disabilities — 12 persons. Long-term unemployed — 50 people — persons with low qualifications — 80 persons The choice of the target group stems from the analysis of the needs and problems of the existing groups of beneficiaries by the CIS in the Puck which clearly shows that the most important factor contributing to social exclusion is unemployment, especially long-term unemployment. Therefore, the groups most need support in order to be found in the labour market. Project activities: — individualisation of the support (development of the Individual Action Plan), — career guidance and psychological counselling, including a group workshop; — vocational courses and training; — traineeships at employers; — Job placement. The main effect of the project will be to take up and maintain employment of the project participants. (English) | |||

Działania podjęte w ramach projektu: - indywidualizacja wsparcia (opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania), - poradnictwo zawodowe i psychologiczne w tym warsztaty grupowe; - kursy i szkolenia zawodowe; - staże u pracodawców; - pośrednictwo pracy. Najważniejszym efektem projektu będzie podjęcie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu. (Polish)
