Objective of 31.12.2022 employment of the 112 unemployed at the level of 45 % of one single grup:powyżej 50, women, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, with disabilities) and at 60 % (in the group of 12 persons who are not in employment (not belonging to the above groups) and at the level of 10 % among those working in a difficult situation on the labour market, residing in the world, Malborski and thriving, through the implementation of comprehensive and individualised activation solutions based on the partnership of the PLO, MOPs, NGOs and business environment institutions. Actions: I.Measures to individualise support and help in defining the professional path: 1.Identification of the needs of the UP and establishment of the individual support path II. Training/advisory support: (a) Workshop on active job search techniques (result of PI POKL 2007-13 ‘Second chance school’) (b) Workshop on social competence (c) Mama on the labour market — training for women d) Individual legal support for persons with disabilities 3) Support for placement of job II. Actions to acquire professional qualifications and experience: (a) Courses/training courses (deficit occupations on the labour market) (b) Graduate traineeships up to 6 months: (a) Upper-subsidised employment (for eligible UP) (b) Supporting job vacancies (c) support for spatial mobility. The main effect will be to increase the employability of 112 UP and improve the labour market situation of 38 UP. The sustainability of results will be ensured by the Applicant, ensuring that access to advisory services, business start-up and business creation, establishment of PES/SP, legal and professional activities (as part of its statutory activities) are available on request.     Cel gł.-wzrost do 31.12.2022r.zatrudnienia wśród 112 osób pozostających bez pracy na poziomie 45% należących do jednej z grup:powyżej 50 r.ż.,kobiety,długotrwale bezrobotni,o niskich kwalifikacjach,z niepełnosprawnościami)i na poziomie 60% (w grupie 12 os. pozostających bez pracy (nienależących do ww. grup)oraz na poziomie 10% wśród osób pracujących w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy zamieszkujących pow.sztumski,malborski i kwidzyński poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowych i zindywidualizowanych rozwiązań aktywizacyjnych w oparciu o partnerską współpracę PUP, MOPS, NGO i IOB. Działania: I.Działania służące indywidualizacji wsparcia i pomocy w określeniu ścieżki zawodowej: 1.Identyfikacja potrzeb UP i utworzenie indywidualnej ścieżki wsparcia II. Wsparcie szkoleniowo - doradcze: a)Warsztaty techniki aktywnego poszukiwania pracy (rezultat PI POKL 2007-13 "Szkoła drugiej szansy")b)Warsztaty kompetencji społecznych c)Mama na rynku pracy -szkolenie dla kobiet d)Indywidualne wsparcie prawne dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami 3)Wsparcie w zakresie pośrednictwa pracy II. Działania służące zdobyciu kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego: a)Kursy/szkolenia(zawody deficytowe na pomorskim rynku pracy)b)Staże do 6 m-cy III.Działania wspierające zatrudnienie: a)Zatrudnienie subsydiowane (dla kwalifikujących się UP) b)Doposażenie stanowisk pracy c)wsparcie mobilności przestrzennej. Głównym efektem będzie zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie u 112 UP i poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy wśród 38 UP. Trwałość rezultatów zapewni Wnioskodawca zapewniając po zakończeniu proj. dostępu do usług doradczych, min. w zakresie rozpoczynania i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej,zakładania PES/PS, prawnej i zawodowej(w ramach działalności statutowej).
