The investment is part of the achievement of the objectives of Measure 1.5. The project involves the implementation of the construction and equipment of the guesthouse together with the swimming pool and SPA, using modern, eco-friendly and innovative technologies such as photovoltaics, electronic building management system or electronic devices with a tourist application, helping tourists to visit their places of interest. In order to attract new customers and provide them with a wide range of services, the Applicant decided to equip the centre with electric bicycles for rent for tourists, bicycles adapted for use by disabled people, and to create an innovative, unparalleled tourist attraction, i.e. high-performance cycle tracks, promoting active leisure time among tourists and bicycles intended for rent to use these tracks. The project also includes a budget for the creation of tourism products based on networked tourist attractions and existing routes, included and described in the strategy papers. Bikes – electric and for the disabled – will be equipped with electronic devices with uploaded data on created tourist network products. These will include information applications designed to make it easier for users to find and visit attractions and tourist trails in the region. The applicant also plans to make it easier for customers to access attractions, also on the basis of cooperation with other entities, which will have a positive impact on the region’s recognizability and attractiveness, in line with the policy of the West Pomeranian Regional Government in the tourism sector and the Local Programme for the Revitalisation of the Postomino Municipality. Inwestycja wpisuje się w realizację celów działań 1.5. Projekt zakłada realizację budowy i wyposażenia pensjonatu wraz z basenem i SPA, przy wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych, ekologicznych i innowacyjnych technologii takich jak fotowoltaika, elektroniczny system zarządzania budynkiem, czy urządzenia elektroniczne z aplikacją turystyczną, pomagającą turystom w zwiedzaniu interesujących ich miejsc. W celu pozyskania nowych klientów i udostępnienia im szerokiej oferty usług, Wnioskodawca zdecydował się wyposażyć ośrodek w rowery elektryczne przeznaczone na wynajem dla turystów, rowery dostosowane do użytkowania przez osoby niepełnosprawne, a także stworzyć innowacyjną, niespotykaną jeszcze atrakcję turystyczną, czyli wyczynowe tory rowerowe, propagujące wśród turystów aktywne spędzanie wolnego czasu i rowery przeznaczone do wynajmu w celu korzystania z tych torów. W projekcie uwzględniono również budżet na stworzenie produktów turystycznych w oparciu o sieciowe atrakcje turystyczne i istniejące szlaki, zawarte i opisane w dokumentach strategicznych. Rowery turystyczne - elektryczne oraz dla niepełnosprawnych, wyposażone zostaną w urządzenia elektroniczne z wgranymi danymi dotyczącymi stworzonych turystycznych produktów sieciowych. Będą to stworzone aplikacje zawierające informacje, mające na celu ułatwienie osobom korzystającym, odnalezienia i zwiedzenia atrakcji oraz szlaków turystycznych w regionie. Wnioskodawca planuje również ułatwienie klientom dostępu do atrakcji, także w oparciu w współpracę z innymi podmiotami, co pozytywnie wpłynie na rozpoznawalność i atrakcyjność turystyczną regionu, wpisując się w politykę samorządu województwa zachodniopomorskiego w sektorze turystyki oraz Lokalny Program Rewitalizacji Gminy Postomino.
