Main objective: increasing access to high-quality pre-school education in the Municipality of Goworowo by creating 50 new pre-school places in the infrastructure of the Self-Government Kindergarten in Goworowo (2 branches) during the period X-XII 2020 and ensuring their current functioning for 12 months (I-XII 2021), levelling the educational and development opportunities of children with special needs of education. by extending the offer of the POWP with additional occupancy to increase the educational opportunities of 50 children (24K, 26M) during the period I-XII 2021, and the improvement of professional competences of 4 teachers (4K) during the period I-XII 2021. Support under the project shall be directed to the following target group from the Municipality of Goworowo (Mazowieckie Voivodeship) within the meaning of the provisions of the Customs Code: 1. 50 children (24K,26M) of pre-school age, within the meaning of Article 31. 1-3 – Educational Law; 2. 4 teachers (4K) employed at the PLO; 3. 2 pre-school branches (OP) in PS in Goworow. The measurable effects of the actions undertaken under the project will be expressed, inter alia, by the following indicators: — the number of teachers who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme – 4K, – the number of children in additional activities improving their educational chances in pre-primary education – 50 (24K, 26M), – the number of pre-school places co-financed by the programme – 50. Cel główny: zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie GminyGoworowo poprzez utworzenie 50 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w infrastrukturze Przedszkola Samorządowego w Goworowie (2 oddziały) w okresie X-XII 2020 oraz zapewnienie ich bieżącego funkcjonowania przez 12 miesięcy (I-XII 2021), wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych i rozwojowych dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami eduk. poprzez rozszerzenie ofertyOWP o dodatkowe zaj. zwiększające szanse edukacyjne 50 dzieci (24K, 26M) w okresie I-XII 2021 oraz podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 4 nauczycieli (4K) w okresie I-XII 2021. Wsparcie w ramach proj. kierowane jest do następującej grupy docelowej z terenuGminyGoworowo (woj. mazowieckie) w rozumieniu przepisów KC: 1. 50 dzieci (24K,26M) w wieku przedszkolnym, w rozumieniu art. 31 pkt. 1-3 – Ustawy Prawo Oświatowe; 2. 4 nauczycieli (4K) zatrudnionych w OWP; 3. 2 oddziałów przedszkolnych (OP) w PS w Goworowie. Mierzalne efekty podjętych w ramach projektu działań będą wyrażone m.in. następującymi wskaźnikami: - liczbą nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 4K, - liczbą dzieci objętych w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej - 50 (24K, 26M), - liczbą miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dofinansowanych w programie – 50.
