The project involves carrying out a design audit and developing and implementing a design strategy on the basis of which the final result will be the introduction of innovation to the market (in phase II). The subject of the first phase of the project is: 1/Audit of design – carrying out a design audit in order to prepare the Ordering Party to take action towards the development of products/services along with recommendations in the field of product offer, business model, technology, marketing strategy. 2/Design strategy – in the form of a design audit report containing at least the following elements: a) general company characteristics including design analysis of the company in terms of products, technology, organizational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy; a general description of the company’s design environment, including at least information on customer characteristics, a description of major competitors, a description of market trends; C) defining key in the context of the Ordering Party industry, social and technological trends with a high potential for impact on the Contracting Party’s market; D) an assessment of the level of use of the design in the company and its potential in this regard; e) defining design problems in the company, where these problems may affect both the product and other business processes in the company; F) recommendations for further detailed actions for the company. The above tasks will be carried out with the participation of a specialist external company, selected by means of a request for quotation, i.e. Metaphor sp. z o.o. sp. k. Projekt obejmuje przeprowadzenie audytu wzorniczego oraz opracowanie i wdrożenie strategii wzorniczej, na podstawie której końcowym rezultatem będzie wprowadzenie na rynek innowacji (w II etapie). Przedmiotem projektu w I etapie jest : 1/ Audyt wzorniczy - przeprowadzenie audytu wzorniczego celem przygotowania Zamawiającego do podjęcia działań w kierunku rozwoju produktów / usług wraz z rekomendacjami w zakresie oferty produktowej, modelu biznesowego, technologii, strategii marketingowej. 2/ Strategia wzornicza - w postaci raportu z przeprowadzonego audytu wzorniczego, zawierającego co najmniej następujące elementy: a) ogólną charakterystykę firmy zawierającą analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej; b) ogólny opis otoczenia firmy w zakresie designu zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów, opis trendów rynkowych; c) określenie kluczowych w kontekście Zamawiającego trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek Zamawiającego; d) ocenę poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie; e) zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w firmie, przy czym problemy te mogą dotyczyć zarówno produktu, jak i innych procesów biznesowych w firmie; f) rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań dla firmy. Powyższe zadania będą realizowane z udziałem specjalistycznej firmy zewnętrznej, wyłonionej w drodze zapytania ofertowego, tj. Metaphor sp. z o.o. sp. k. Planowany termin opracowania i wdrożenia strategii - zgodnie z ofertą wykonawcy oraz opisem metodologii przeprowadzenia audytu wzorniczego (Załącznik Nr 1 do Umowy Warunkowej) wynosi 90 dni (Polish)
