Main objective of the project: Improving the professional and key competences of 33 employees and collaborators of institutions/organisations working with children and young people (up to 25 years) excluded/at risk of social exclusion from the region of Lublin through the implementation of occupational mobility programmes in Greece between 1 March 2021 and 31 August 2022.Main results:1. Number of persons who acquired professional or key competences after leaving the programme 33 persons. (20K/13M)2. Number of people supported under transnational mobility schemes 36 (22K/14M) Target group: there are 36 people who work with children and young people (up to 25 years) excluded/at risk of social exclusion in institutions where this is the main area of action (more widely under 3.2). The Group will be recruited from the territory of Lubelskie Voivodship The project has been divided into Tasks constituting milestones related to the support of each of the 3 groups (within 6 months). Each 12-member group will support:1. Recruitment of a group2. Preparatory support (diagnosis of needs and language training)3. Mobility (14 days in Greece)4. Cel główny projektu: Podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych i kluczowych 33 pracowników i współpracowników instytucji/organizacji, które pracują z dziećmi i młodzieżą (do 25 r.ż.) wykluczoną/zagrożoną wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu województwa lubelskiego poprzez realizację programów mobilności zawodowych na terenie Grecji w okresie od 1.03.2021 do 31.08.2022 r.Główne rezultaty:1. Liczba osób, które nabyły kompetencje zawodowe lub kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu 33 os. (20K/13M)2. Liczba osób objętych wsparciem w ramach programów mobilności ponadnarodowej 36 os. (22K/14M)Grupa docelowa: to 36 osób, które pracują z dziećmi i młodzieżą (do 25 r.ż.) wykluczoną/zagrożoną wykluczeniem społecznym w instytucjach, w których jest to główny obszar działania (szerzej w pkt 3.2). Grupa będzie rekrutowana z terenu województwa lubelskiego Projekt został podzielony na Zadania stanowiące kamienie milowe związane ze wsparciem każdej z 3 grup (w terminach 6-miesięcznych). Wsparcie każdej z 12-osobowych grup obejmować będzie:1. Rekrutacja grupy2. Wsparcie przygotowawcze (diagnoza potrzeb i szkolenia językowe)3. Mobilność (14 dni w Grecji)4.
