Structure of the target group: —35K, 30M; —35 inactive people and 30 unemployed people; —60 % of the low-skilled; —60 % of people living in districts with an unemployment rate above the average for the Łódź Voivodeship; —5 % of persons with disabilities; —30 % of the inhabitants of medium-sized cities, including those losing socio-economic functions; —10 % of the long-term unemployed. The aim of the project is to increase the professional potential of 65 people (35K, 30M) aged 50 and above within the meaning of the KC in the Łódź voivodship (including 30 % of the inhabitants of medium-sized cities, including those losing socio-economic functions, and 60 % of the inhabitants of counties with an unemployment rate above the rate for the whole Łódź voivodship), unemployed (35 inactive people, 30 unemployed people), by 1.3.2020-28.2.2021, through individualised and comprehensive vocational and educational activation defined on the basis of the Individual Action Plan. Project activities include: Identification of needs, diagnosis of professional development opportunities, identification of the degree of distance from the labour market, development of IPDs; Job placement, career guidance; Training leading to the acquisition of competence or qualification; Internships. Project results: Number of persons employed after leaving the programme (including self-employed)- 29; Number of persons qualified after leaving the programme – 20; Employment performance rate for the most vulnerable, including those aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled to ISCED 3-45 %.
