Mr Josef ELSNER W BRZEGU, BIBLIOTEK PUBLIC W SKARBIMAGE and BRZESKIE STOVARY The scope of participation of Partners in the project, in accordance with the partnership provisions, shall include, inter alia: — the cooperation in creating a factual description, in particular in adapting the site to the needs of persons with disabilities; — cooperation in information and promotion activities; The transfer of human, organisational and/or technical resources to be carried out in the framework of the project; Take part in the collection of work carried out under the project. The project involves: reconstruction of the interior building of the Brest Cultural Centre, including the purchase of stage equipment; Thermal modernisation of the building of the Brzeski Centrum Kultury, Promocy of the project. The building is located in the ‘A’ area of conservation protection. Product indicators: Area of regeneration areas — 0.26 ha; — Population living in areas with an integrated urban development strategy — 10 354 persons; — Public or commercial buildings built or renovated in urban areas — 2 640 m²; — Number of infrastructure facilities supported in regenerated areas — 1; — Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities — 1; — Number of projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities — 1 Project share for regeneration area (100 %). Przebudowa sal: widowiskowej i małej sceny w Brzeskim Centrum Kultury wraz z utworzeniem „Sceny Kameralnej BCK” znajduje się na liście projektów podstawowychpozytywnie zweryfikowanego przez IŻ RPO WO 2014-2020 Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Brzeg na lata 2016-2023 przyjętego Uchwałą Nr XXVI/287/16 Rady Miejskiej Brzegu zdnia 10 listopada 2016 r. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie- Lider: Brzeskie Centrum Kultury, Partnerzy: PAŃSTWOWA SZKOŁA MUZYCZNA I ST. IM. JÓZEFA ELSNERA W BRZEGU,GMINNA BIBLIOTEKA PUBLICZNA W SKARBIMIERZU i BRZESKIE STOWARZYSZENIE CHORYCH NA SM. Zakres uczestnictwa Partnerów w projekcie, zgodnie z zapisami umówpartnerskich, obejmuje m. in.: -współpracę przy tworzeniu opisu merytorycznego, w szczególności w dostosowaniu obiektu do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych; -współpraca przy działaniach informacyjno-promocyjnych; -wniesienie zasobów ludzkich, organizacyjnych i/lub technicznych w realizowane w ramach projektu zadania; -uczestniczenie w odbiorze prac przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu. Przedmiotem projektu jest: przebudowa wnętrz budynku Brzeskiego Centrum Kultury, wraz z zakupem wyposażenia scenicznego; Termomodernizacja budynku Brzeskiego Centrum Kultury, Promocja projektu. Budynek znajduje się w strefie „A” ochrony konserwatorskiej. Wskaźniki produktu: -Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją- 0,26ha; -Ludność mieszkająca na obszarach objętych zintegrowanymi strategiami rozwoju obszarów miejskich - 10 354 osoby; -Budynki publiczne lub komercyjne wybudowane lub wyremontowane na obszarach miejskich - 2640 m2; -Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach - 1 szt.; -Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt.; -Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt. -Udział projektu w odniesieniu do obszaru objętego programem rewitalizacji- 100%.
