The specific location of the municipality of Prudnik (to be adjacent to the south of the protected area — the ‘Mountain field park’) and its spatial structure mean that the areas in which the economic activities are carried out and developed are practically situated in the northern part of the city. Sites located (at ul. At the same time, there are areas which are very well connected to the national road network (road integration into national roads No 40 and 41 is carried out by a section of the street ul. Parżyńska). Since 2010, the Municipality of Prudk has been developing the necessary technical infrastructure (water supply, sanitation, rain, road, and lighting) in the areas located within the area. By creating the necessary conditions for the placement of economic activities for further economic operators. On the back of the projects, an area of 13 ha, which is fully occupied by two manufacturing companies, has been developed. At present, the Municipality of Prudnik has a deficit in the greenfield area which, once armed with the necessary infrastructure, could be offered to further investors interested in doing business in Prudnik. The subject of this project will be the construction of: sanitary sewerage system with a length of 526,85 mb, sanitary connections of the length of 13,5 mb, 11 head sanitation wells, one wells for connections, a water network with a length of 529,10 mb and water connections of a length of 14,0 mb. This project, which is designed to implement the above material scope, involves the development of a new investment site with an area of 0.81 ha on which one or more economic operators will be able to carry out their economic activities. Specyficzne położenie Gminy Prudnik (sąsiadowanie od południa z obszarem chronionym – Parkiem Krajobrazowym „Góry Opawskie”) oraz jej struktura przestrzenna powodują, iż obszarami na którym prowadzona i rozwijana może być działalność gospodarcza są praktycznie tereny zlokalizowane w północnej części miasta. Tereny te zlokalizowane (przy ul. Przemysłowej) są jednocześnie terenami bardzo dobrze skomunikowanymi z siecią dróg krajowych (włączenie w/w ulicy do dróg krajowych nr 40 i 41 następuje przez kilkumetrowy odcinek ul. Prężyńskiej). Sukcesywnie – od roku 2010 – Gmina Prudnik rozwija niezbędną infrastrukturę techniczną (system wodociągowy, kanalizację sanitarną, deszczową, buduje drogi wraz z oświetleniem) na obszarach zlokalizowanych w obrębie ul. Przemysłowej stwarzając niezbędne warunki do lokowania działalności gospodarczej kolejnym podmiotom gospodarczym. Dzięki zrealizowanym przedsięwzięciom uzbrojony został obszar o powierzchni 13 ha, który jest w pełni zajęty przez dwie firmy prowadzące działalność produkcyjną. W chwili obecnej Gmina Prudnik posiada deficyt obszarów typu green-field, które po uzbrojeniu w niezbędną infrastrukturę mogłyby być zaoferowane kolejnym inwestorom zainteresowanym prowadzeniem działalności gospodarczej w Prudniku. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu będzie budowa: sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej o długości 526,85 mb, przyłączy sanitarnych o długości 13,5 mb, 11 szt. studni kanalizacji sanitarnej, jednej studzienki przyłączy, sieci wodociągowej o długości 529,10 mb oraz przyłączy wodociągowych o długości 14,0 mb. Niniejszy projekt poprzez zaplanowany do realizacji powyższy zakres rzeczowy obejmujący wykonanie niezbędnej infrastruktury zakłada w końcowym efekcie przygotowanie nowego terenu inwestycyjnego o powierzchni 0,81 ha na którym działalność gospodarczą prowadzić będzie mógł co najmniej jeden podmiot gospodarczy.
