The project is planned for the period 01.06.2016-31.05.2017. the planned activities and costs are in line with the eligibility of expenditure for the ROP MP for the period 2014-2020. The project will have a maximum duration of 12 mcy. The indicative timeline of the strategy has been divided into 2 phases in which the following activities are planned: Purchase of specialist consultancy services linked to the internationalisation of business activities provided by external consultants — participation in trade fairs as an exhibitor (Warsaw, Germany). The purchase of specialist advisory services provided by external consultants and participation in international trade fairs will allow for a closer understanding of the needs, behaviour and settings of the customers of the 4 target markets. Participation at a trade fair is undermined by a lack of confidence and a demonstration of the firm as a reliable, reliable and professional partner. The general objective of the project is to launch an export activity in 4 foreign markets (Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain) expressing an increase in export sales. It will be possible to achieve this objective by attracting new audiences in the identified foreign markets. The implementation of the project will also impact on the implementation of new organisational methods for the relationship of the company with the external environment. These will include new ways of organising relationships with private customers with other companies or public institutions, including through the introduction of new ways of working with customers. The area of organisational innovation with external partners is assessed as the most important, most frequent and most successful. Therefore, organisational innovation to improve this relationship will be the most important element in Adam Stępień. (English) | |||

Realizacje projektu zaplanowano na okres od 01.06.2016-31.05.2017 r. Zaplanowane działania i koszty są zgodne z Podręcznikiem kwalifikowania wydatków w ramach RPO WM na lata 2014-2020. Projekt będzie trwał maksymalnie 12 mcy. Wstępny harmonogram zawarty w strategii, został umownie podzielony na 2 etapy w których zaplanowano następujące działania: -zakup specjalistycznych usług doradczych związanych z umiędzynaradawianiem działalności gospodarczej świadczone przez doradców zewnętrznych -udział w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych w charakterze wystawcy (Warszawa, Niemcy). Zakup specjalistycznych usług doradczych świadczonych przez zewnętrznych doradców oraz udział w międzynarodowych imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych pozwoli na bliższe poznanie potrzeb, zachowań, nastawień klientów z 4 rynków docelowych. Uczestnictwo na targach w charakterze wystawcy zniweluje brak zaufania i zaprezentuje firmę jako wiarygodnego, sprawdzonego, rzetelnego oraz profesjonalnego kontrahenta do współpracy. Celem ogólnym projektu jest rozpoczęcie działalności eksportowej na 4 rynkach zagranicznych (Austria, Niemcy, Wielka Brytania, Hiszpania) wyrażający się we wzroście sprzedaży eksportowej. Osiągnięcie niniejszego celu będzie możliwe poprzez pozyskanie nowych odbiorców na wskazanych rynkach zagranicznych. Realizacja projektu wpłynie także na wdrożenie nowych metod organizacyjnych w zakresie relacji przedsiębiorstwa ze środowiskiem zewnętrznym. Obejmą one nowe sposoby organizowania relacji z klientami indywidualnymi z innymi firmami lub instytucjami publicznymi m.in. poprzez wprowadzenie nowych sposobów współpracy z klientami. Sfera innowacji organizacyjnych z partnerami zewnętrznymi jest oceniana jako najbardziej istotna, najczęściej występująca oraz przynosząca najwięcej efektów. Stąd też podejmowanie innowacji organizacyjnych poprawiających te relacje będzie najbardziej istotnym elementem w ocenie firmy Adam Stępień. (Polish)
