V rámci projektu Podnikové vzdělávání zaměstnanců dojde k realizaci školení zaměstnanců společnosti OG Soft. Tato školení povedou ke zvýšení úrovně znalostí, kompetencí a dovedností pracovníků. Celkem bude do projektu zapojeno 25 účastníků, přičemž 4 z nich jsou zaměstnanci ve věku nad 54 let. Díky projektu dojde k souladu kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce. (Czech)

As part of the Business Training of Employees project, OG Soft employees will be trained. These trainings will increase the level of knowledge, competence and skills of workers. A total of 25 participants will be involved in the project, of which 4 are employees over the age of 54. Thanks to the project, the qualification level of the labour force will be aligned with the requirements of the labour market. (English)
