This should be done by carrying out fully justified actions which are in line with the RAIDs/the objectives of RPOWM/z.9.2.2, to achieve the objective of: improvement of the health status of 150 students of the kl.I-VI subterst. of Targówek, which has been identified as a target year by increasing the level of accessibility to health services by increasing the level of accessibility to health services (in line with the objective (9.2.2) support will be provided for the 2 edition of complementary activities [first year of the school year 2019/2020 and the second year of the school year 2020/2021]. In line with the expectations of the final beneficiaries, the support will take place on weekdays also after the afternoon hours. 16) and on Saturdays. In view of the complexity of the tasks to be carried out, the activities of information and educational activities for the participants in the environment have also been taken into account. The partner is a medicinal agent operating under the sole contract with the NFZ, which provides services to a med. and has a rich experience in accordance with the PZ’s. The module will involve highly qualified staff members who will work together to achieve the best possible results in the participants. The effect of the implementation of the proj will include solutions which preserve the highest level of interest for the persons concerned, without any differentiation/exclusion/limitation of accessibility, given the different/different functional needs of the recipients. The applicant shall take measures to ensure that the persons concerned enjoy the same rights, social value, equal access. (English) | |||

Przedmiotowy Proj. poprzez realizację w pełni uzasadnionych działań, które są zgodne z RPZ/celami RPOWM/Dz.9.2.2, nakierowany będzie na osiągniecie celu: poprawę stanu zdrowia 150 uczniów kl.I-VI szkół podst. z m.st.Warszawy- dzielnica targówek, u których na podst. wyników kwalifikacji do Proj. stwierdzona została ch.kręgosłupa, którzy jako gr. docelowa, poprzez zwiększenie poziomu dostępności do usług zdrowotnych (zgodnie z celem Dz. 9.2.2) objęci zostaną wsparciem w ramach 2 edycji komplementarnych działań [I edycja rok szkolny 2019/2020 i II edycja rok szkolny 2020/2021]. Zgodnie z oczekiwaniami beneficjentów ostatecznych, wsparcie realizowane będzie w dni powszednie także godzinach popołudniowych (po godz. 16) oraz w soboty. Mając na względzie kompleksowość realizowanych zadań w Proj. uwzględniono również działania informacyjno–edukacyjne dla osób z otoczenia uczestników. Partner jest podmiotem leczniczym, funkcjonującym na podst. umowy z NFZ, świadczącym usługi med. i posiadającym bogate doświadczenie zgodne z RPZ. W ramach modułu zaangażowany zostanie wysoko wykwalifikowany personel-eksperci, którzy będą współpracować celem osiągnięcia u uczestników jak najlepszych efektów. Efekty realizacji Proj. będą obejmować rozwiązania pozwalające na zachowanie najwyższego poziomu użyteczności dla zainteresowanych, bez jakiekolwiek różnicowania/ wykluczania/ ograniczania dostępności, mając na względzie różne/odmienne potrzeby funkcjonalne odbiorców. Wnioskodawca podejmie działania mające na celu zapewnienie zainteresowanym takie same prawa, wartość społeczną, równy dostęp. (Polish)
