The main aim of the project is to upgrade the key skills and transferable skills of the pupils of the town of Radzanów. It results, inter alia, from the Regional Development Strategy for the Mazowieckie Region until 2030. It is consistent with the objectives of the programmes/priorities of the Ministry of Education policy and the objectives of the Education Strategy 2020. Respects the provisions of the local strategy to address Social Problems in the Councils of Radzanów for the period 2015-2020, in particular the point relating to forms of support for young people. The project responds to the diagnosis of education problems in the municipality of Radzanów. On the basis of a study carried out prior to the preparation of the grant application (November 2017) by each school in which the project is planned to be implemented, approved by the mayor of the Council on 8 December 2017 (in accordance with the rules of the competition), the scope of support for schools under this project has been identified. The results of the diagnosis were developed on the basis of the analyses of the schools, the results of the tests, testing, testing, waiting and transmission barriers. 80 % (375 students, including 193) and teachers (35 including 30k), interviews with students, parents and teachers. The project is aimed at all primary schools located in the town of Radzanów, all students of these schools (including students from lower secondary schools) and 100 % of teachers working in these schools. By carrying out educational and educational activities aimed at developing the competences of learning, teaching and compensation circles, circles of interest and educational activities, at least 80 % of students give rise to key competences and develop transferable skills. All teachers will have their competences in the use of ICT tools in working with pupils, 3 schools will be equipped with teaching aids and ICT equipment. (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych uczniów z terenu Gminy Radzanów. Wynika on m.in. ze Strategii Rozwoju Województwa Mazowieckiego do 2030 r. Inteligentne Mazowsze. Jest spójny z założeniami programów/priorytetów polityki resortu edukacji i celami Strategii Rozwoju Edukacji do r. 2020. Respektuje zapisy lokalnej Strategii Rozwiązywania Problemów Społecznych w Gminie Radzanów na lata 2015 – 2020, zwłaszcza w punkcie odnoszącym się do form wsparcia dla młodzieży. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy edukacji w Gminie Radzanów. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej przed przygotowaniem wniosku o dofinansowanie (listopad 2017 r.) przez każdą szkołę, w której planowana jest realizacja projektu, zatwierdzonej przez Wójta Gminy Radzanów 8 grudnia 2017 r. diagnozy uwzględniającej kluczowe dla planowanego wsparcia zagadnienia (zgodne z zapisami regulaminu konkursu) oraz docelową sytuację szkół określono zakres wsparcia szkół w ramach niniejszego projektu. Ww diagnozę opracowano na podst. analizy dokum. szkół, wyników egzam., sprawdz. zewnętrz. i wewn. badań szkół, ankiet badających potrzeby, oczekiwania i bariery przeprow. wśród ok. 80 % (375 uczniów, w tym 193 dz) i nauczycieli (35, w tym 30k) poszczególnych placówek, rozmów z uczniami, rodzicami i nauczycielami. Projekt skierowany jest do wszystkich szkół podstawowych znajdujących się na terenie Gminy Radzanów, wszystkich uczniów tych szkół (w tym również ucz. z oddziałów gimnazjalnych) i 100% nauczycieli pracujących w tych szkołach. Poprzez realizację zajęć psychoedukacyjnych ukierunkowanych na rozwijanie kompetencji uczenia się, dydaktyczno - wyrównawczych, kół zainteresowań, wyjazdów edukacyjnych u min. 80 % uczniów podniosą się kompetencje kluczowe i rozwiną umiejętności uniwersalne. Wszyscy nauczyciele podniosą swoje kompetencje w zakresie wykorzystania narzędzi TIK w pracy z uczniami, 3 szkoły zostaną wyposaż. w pomoce dydaktyczne i sprzęt ICT. (Polish)
