The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of children in the town of Lipno. The implementation of the project will reduce barriers to access to pre-school education and to equal opportunities for children from rural areas. The quality and efficiency of elementary education will be improved. The target GR is for the children of the pre-man age, but also for the nursery centre in the municipality of Lipno. The above assumptions will be achieved through the inclusion of pre-school education higher than the number of children, the employment of qualified teaching staff, the organisation of secondary activities for pre-school children. The tasks of the project are: 1. The creation of new pre-school establishments and the current functioning of the facility: a.Creating two sixteen groups of pre-schoolers, 2. Equipment of the plants concerned by the provision of aids., art., fine coupling. employment of staff at the premises and 2. Provision of supplementary activities in kindergarten: additional activities, purchase of an allowance. The organisation of the courses will take into account the individual needs for development and education as well as the psychological and physical possibilities of the children, based on a need diagnosis, and a.org. a number of expert classes for children with the speech therapist. The costs associated with day-to-day operations and ancillary activities will be borne and financed by the project by 12 months. The amount of expenditure for the implementation of the allowance will not exceed 30 % of the direct costs of the project. The project will make it possible to achieve the relevant product indicators for the type of project (20 children included in additional activities that increase their educational opportunities in pre-primary education and 32 seats. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności do edukacji przedszk. dzieci na terenie Gminy Lipno. Realizacja proj. skutkować będzie zmniejszeniem barier w dostępie do edukacji przedszkolnej i wyrównywaniem szans dzieci pochodzących z terenów wiejskich. Poprawie ulegnie jakość i efektywność kształcenia elementarnego. Gr. docelową w ramach projektu, są dzieci w wieku przedszk., ale również ośrodek wych. przedszkolnego, znajdujący się w Gminie Lipno. Powyższe założenia zostaną osiągnięte poprzez objęcie wychowaniem przedszk. większej niż dotychczas liczby dzieci, zatrudnienie wykwalifikowanej kadry nauczycielskiej, organizację zajęć dodatkowych dla dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Zadania w ramach projektu to: 1. Utworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego i bieżące funkcjonowanie placówki: a.Utworzenie dwóch szesnastoosobowych grup przedszkolaków, 2. Wyposażenie ww. obiektów w pomoce dydakt., art. plastyczne, drobny sprzęt. b.Zatrudnienie personelu c.Bieżące funkcj. obiektów oraz 2. Realizacja zajęć dodatkowych w przedszkolu: org. zajęć dodatkowych, zakup mat. dydakt. Organizacja zajęć będzie z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych dzieci – na podstawie przeprowadzonej diagnozy potrzeb, zorg. zajęć eksperckich dla dzieci z logopedii. Koszty związane z bieżącą działalnością oraz zajęciami dodatkowymi będą realizowane i finansowane w ramach projektu przez 12 m-cy. Kwota wydatków na realizację zajęć dodat. nie przekroczy 30% kosztów bezpośrednich projektu.
