The axis of the project is its attachment to the southern part of the Southern Economic Activity Zone in Nowa Sól. It is the second step of the investment sites in the Southern Economic Activity Zone in Nowa Sól. In the first phase (the project entitled “The increase in the investment attractiveness of Nowa Sól by building the infrastructure necessary for the functioning of the Southern Economic Activity Area”, carried out in the framework of the Lubuskie Regional Operational Programme for the period 2007-2013, carried out a first segment of the class Z (along with the sewage and water supply chain) targeted at the south of the region of Lubuskie Province and thus made available for the needs of the investors in the northern part of the Southern Economic Activity Zone in Nowa Sól. The implementation of the proposed project consists of an extension of the road concerned (together with the water and sewerage networks) to the south and thus make it available for investors in the southern part of the Southern Economic Activity Zone in Nowa Sol with a total area of 32.3011 ha. It is already possible for them to be connected to the electricity, gas and ICT networks. However, there is no right to access (the extension requires ul. Dolnośląska) and the water and sanitation network, which (after the extension of the investment sites campaign) define the material scope of the project. The main steps in the implementation of the project are: — development of a feasibility study, — procurement procedures, construction of works (water supply and sewerage, pumping station, construction of a road with associated infrastructure — culverts, rain sewer, the removal of a collision with a cable line 20 kV, the removal of a collision with an overhead line WN, collision with teletechnical line, road lighting), — investor and author’s supervision, — investment site promotion campaign. Osią projektu jest uzbrojenie południowej części Południowej Strefy Aktywności Gospodarczej w Nowej Soli. Stanowi on drugi etap uzbrojenia terenów inwestycyjnych w Południowej Strefie Aktywności Gospodarczej w Nowej Soli. W pierwszym etapie (projekt pn. „Zwiększenie atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej miasta Nowa Sól poprzez budowę infrastruktury niezbędnej do funkcjonowania południowej strefy aktywności gospodarczej”, zrealizowany w ramach Lubuskiego Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego na lata 2007-2013) zrealizowano pierwszy odcinek drogi klasy Z (wraz z siecią kanalizacyjną i wodociągową) ukierunkowanej na południe od Ronda Województwa Lubuskiego i w ten sposób udostępniono na potrzeby inwestorów północną część Południowej Strefy Aktywności Gospodarczej w Nowej Soli. Realizacja wnioskowanego projektu polega na wydłużeniu przedmiotowej drogi (wraz z sieciami wodno – kanalizacyjnymi) na południe i tym samym udostępnienia na potrzeby inwestorów południowej części Południowej Strefy Aktywności Gospodarczej w Nowej Soli o łącznej powierzchni 32,3011 ha. Istnieje już dla nich możliwość przyłączenia do sieci energetycznych, gazowych oraz teleinformatycznych. Brak jest jednak odpowiedniego dojazdu (wydłużenia wymaga ul. Dolnośląska) oraz sieci wodociągowej i kanalizacji sanitarnej, co (po rozszerzeniu o kampanię terenów inwestycyjnych) definiuje zakres rzeczowy projektu. Główne etapy realizacji projektu stanowią: - opracowanie studium wykonalności, - przeprowadzenie postępowań przetargowych, - przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych (sieć wodociągowa i kanalizacyjna, zasilanie pompowni, budowa drogi wraz z infrastruktura towarzyszącą – przepusty, kanalizacja deszczowa, usuniecie kolizji z linią kablową 20 kV, usuniecie kolizji z linią napowietrzną WN, usuniecie kolizji z linią teletechniczną, oświetlenie drogowe), - nadzór inwestorski i autorski, - kampania promocyjna terenów inwestycyjnych.[...] (Polish)
