The project is a response to the diagnosed problems of vocational schools in the area of vocational training in the district of Zgorzelecki in conjunction with the needs of the labour market. The project is dedicated to pupils and teachers from the group of secondary schools in Zgorzelec, to the vocational schools group in Bogatino, and to the Special School of education and training at the Zgorzelec, for which the district authority is Zgorzelec. The main aim of the project is to improve the efficiency of vocational training by raising the professional competences of 169 pupils and 22 teachers and by modernising the training offer in cooperation with employers and the socio-economic environment. Support will result in the acquisition/raising by U of competences, skills expected by the local/regional labour market and modernisation of education provision in line with the needs of the labour market — the creation of umbrella classes in deficit occupations reported by employers. The main forms of support for the implementation of professional traineeships, training courses/training courses, scholarships, professional equipment, N. All forms of support will be provided in cooperation with employers and the socio-economic environment. The project is at least neutral as regards sustainable development. (English) | |||

Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy szkół zawodnych w obszarze kształcenia zawodowego powiecie zgorzeleckim w powiązaniu z potrzebami rynku pracy. Projekt dedykowany jest uczniom i nauczycielom z Zespołu Szkół Ponadpodstawowych w Zgorzelcu, Zespołowi Szkół Zawodowych w Bogatyni i Specjalnemu Ośrodkowi Szkolno – Wychowawczemu w Zgorzelcu, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Zgorzelecki. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności kształcenia zawodowego poprzez podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 169 uczniów i 22 nauczycieli oraz modernizację oferty kształcenia we współpracy z pracodawcami i otoczeniem społeczno – gospodarczym. Efektem wsparcia będzie nabycie/podniesienie przez U kompetencji, umiejętności oczekiwanych przez pracodawców lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy oraz modernizacja oferty kształcenia dostosowująca kierunki kształcenia do potrzeb rynku pracy – tworzenie klas patronackich w zawodach deficytowych zgłaszanych przez pracodawców. Za główne formy wsparcia obrano realizację staży zawodowych, kursy/szkolenia specjalistyczne, stypendia, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych, doskonalenie zawodowe N. Wszystkie formy wsparcia będą realizowane przy współpracy z pracodawcami i otoczeniem społeczno – gospodarczym. Projekt jest co najmniej neutralny wobec zasady zrównowazonego rozwoju. (Polish)
