The project applicant is the partnership of the Municipality of Ząbkowice Śl. A (leader) with a Ząkowicki county (partner), where the district authority is the DPS in Ząbkowicki Śl. In accordance with the principles adopted, the municipality has a mandate to represent the partnership in matters relating to the preparation, implementation and successful completion, including the settlement of the project, and the detailed breakdown of the implementation of each of the various tasks is set out below. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality and attractiveness of the urban space at Ząkowe Śl., which will mobilise the social and economic animation of this area through a comprehensive regeneration of the infrastructure of the run-down city centre. Material scope: I. Preparation of the design document, including: technical — Notification (via DPS) and SW — Gmin. II. Performance of investor surveillance — Notification (via DPS) and Gmina. III. Complete revitalisation of the public space of the city of Ząbkowice Śląskie, including: 1. modernisation of street lighting; 2 and 3. Ciasna and ul. Market 7,8,9,10; 4. renovation ul. Ciasna; 5. renovation of the sports field at SP No 1. Curve; 6th upgrading of Building No 3 DPS — zd. 1-5 Gmin, zd. 6 A (via the DPS). IV. Carry out promotion actions — The district (via the DPS) and the municipality. The project will result in an increase by the end of 2018 of the number of infrastructure facilities supported in regenerated areas by 1. (building No 3 of the DPSu), where the regenerated area is the centre of the city of Ząbkowice Śl. The area is planned to be rebuilt on a section of 0.25 km. Ciasna, as well as the remaining public infrastructure of 1.63 ha, which will be regenerated, and where 5 units of buildings (real estate under all in addition to No 4) will be adapted to meet the needs of disabled persons. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest partnerstwo Gminy Ząbkowice Śl. (lider) z Powiatem Ząbkowickim (partner), gdzie realizatorem z ramienia Powiatu jest DPS w Ząbkowicach Śl. Zgodnie z przyjętymi zasadami, Gmina posiada pełnomocnictwo do reprezentowania partnerstwa w sprawach związanych z przygotowaniem, realizacją oraz pomyślnym zakończeniem, w tym rozliczeniem projektu, a szczegółowy podział realizacji poszczególnych zadań przedstawiono poniżej. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości i atrakcyjności przestrzeni miejskiej Ząbkowic Śl., efektem której będzie aktywizacja społeczna i gospodarcza niniejszego obszaru, dzięki kompleksowej rewitalizacji infrastruktury zdegradowanego centrum miasta. Zakres rzeczowy: I. Opracowanie dok. projektowej, w tym: technicznej - Powiat (za pośrednictwem DPS) i SW - Gmina. II. Przeprowadzenie nadzoru inwestorskiego - Powiat (za pośrednictwem DPS) i Gmina. III. Wykonanie kompleksowej rewitalizacji przestrzeni publicznej miasta Ząbkowice Śląskie, w tym: 1. modernizacja oświetlenia ulicznego Rynku; 2 i 3. wyposażenie w zieleń i małą architekturę podwórek - ul. Ciasna oraz ul. Rynek 7,8,9,10; 4. remont ul. Ciasnej; 5. remont boiska sportowego przy SP Nr 1 ul. Krzywa; 6. przebudowa budynku nr 3 DPS - zad. 1-5 Gmina, zad. 6 Powiat (za pośrednictwem DPS). IV. Przeprowadzenie działań promocyjnych - Powiat (za pośrednictwem DPS) i Gmina. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wzrost do końca 2018r. liczby wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach o 1 kolejny (budynek nr 3 DPSu), gdzie obszarem rewitalizowanym jest centrum miasta Ząbkowice Śl. Na obszarze tym znajduje się planowana do przebudowy na odcinku 0,25 km ul. Ciasna, a także pozostała infrastruktura publiczna o powierzchni 1,63 ha, która zostanie zrewitalizowana, a w ramach której dzięki podjętym w projekcie pracom 5 szt. obiektów (dot. nieruchomości w ramach wszystkich zad. oprócz zad. nr 4) zostanie dostosowanych do potrzeb osób niepełnosp (Polish)
