The object of the project is the renovation and fitting-out of the infrastructure of a degraded building located at ul. 1-May 23, in Świdnica, in order to adapt it to assistive accommodation. Support will be linked to the social and occupational activation process aimed at the independent economic exclusion of people at risk of social exclusion. The area covered by the investment is located in the central part of the city at ul. 1-May 23, on plot No. 1110, rev 4. According to the MPZP, a plot of land is located on the premises of the administration with the admission of residential housing. On the land, there is an administrative building (for conversion) and a garage (two posts) for conversion. The administrative building dates from the 30s and is located in the LPR for the Municipality of Świdnica for the period 2015-2024, List B, item 25. So far, as part of the preparatory work: A project for the feasibility of a project has been drawn up, project documentation and financial statements have been produced, and administrative and legal documents have been obtained. The project will contribute to solving the major problem of the city of Świdnica, which is the lack of assisted housing infrastructure. In the city of Świdnica, there are only 1 sheltered housing and 1 training housing. Thus, the infrastructure available in Świdnica in no way meets the current needs of the city and of the local community. The project shall be an independent unit of analysis and shall include all the investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the infrastructure as soon as the realisation of the physical scope of the infrastructure is completed. It is not necessary to carry out additional investment activities that are not included in the substantive scope for the launch of the project. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa i wyposażenie infrastruktury zdegradowanego budynku zlokalizowanego przy ul. 1-go Maja 23 w Świdnicy w celu jego adaptacji na mieszkania o charakterze wspomaganym. Wsparcie będzie powiązane z procesem aktywizacji społecznej oraz społeczno-zawodowej, mającej na celu usamodzielnienie ekonomiczne osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Teren objęty inwestycją znajduje się w centralnej części miasta przy ul. 1-go Maja 23, na działce nr 1110, obr 4. Wg MPZP działka znajduje się na terenie zabudowy usługowej administracji z dopuszczeniem zabudowy mieszkaniowej wielorodzinnej. Na działce znajduje się budynek administracyjny (przeznaczony do przebudowy) oraz budynek garażowy (dwa stanowiska) przewidziany do przebudowy. Budynek administracyjny pochodzi z lat 30 XX w i znajduje się w LPR dla Gminy Miasta Świdnica na lata 2015-2024, lista B poz. 25. Dotychczas w ramach prac przygotowawczych: - opracowano studium wykonalności realizacji przedsięwzięcia, - opracowano dokumentację projektową oraz kosztorysową, - pozyskano pozwolenia administracyjno-prawne. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do rozwiązania istotnego problemu miasta Świdnica jakim jest brak infrastruktury mieszkań wspomaganych. Na terenie miasta Świdnica znajduje się jedynie 1 mieszkanie chronione i 1 mieszkanie treningowe. Tym samym infrastruktura dostępna w mieście Świdnica w żaden sposób nie zaspokaja bieżących potrzeb miasta oraz lokalnej społeczności. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania inwestycyjne niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury zaraz po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktów projektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych nieuwzględnionych w zakresie rzeczowym. (Polish)
