Předmětem projektu je celková revitalizace areálu bývalé textilní továrny - přádelny (brownfield) v Chrastavě na moderní výrobně skladovací areál žadatele. Areál byl vybudován již v roce 1880. V minulosti nebyl významně rekonstruován, dlouhá léta je zcela bez využití tudíž značně zchátral. Kompletní revitalizace je podmínkou jeho dalšího využití. V rámci projektu dojde k demolici stávajících objektů a k výstavbě nové moderní výrobně skladovací haly vč. administrativy a expedice (CZ NACE 17, 22). a. (Czech)

The object of the project is the overall revitalisation of the former textile factory – a spinning mill (brownfield) in Chrastavě on a modern production storage area of the applicant. The complex was built in 1880. It has not been significantly reconstructed in the past, and has been completely depleted for many years. Complete revitalisation is a condition for its further use. As part of the project, the existing buildings will be demolished and a new modern production warehouse including administration and expedition (CZ NACE 17, 22) will be built. (English)
