Projekt bezprostředně navazuje na již dokončený projekt MAP I, který úspěšně nastartoval proces akčního plánování v oblasti vzdělávání v území. Bude nadále rozvíjet spolupráci mezi relevantními subjekty, průběžně aktualizovat a vyhodnocovat MAP, realizovat již identifikované prioritní aktivity v části Implementace jako jsou setkávání zástupců škol, místně zakotvené učení, žákovské parlamenty, rozvoj čtenářské a matematické gramotnosti apod. Do projektu je zapojeno všech 65 existujících IZO. (Czech)
