I.2. Construction of the boiler room. I.3. Execution of heat distribution installations in the facility. I.4. Electrical installation for C.O. and C.W.U. equipment in the building. II. Installation and assembly robots – photovoltaic installation II.1. Assembly of the mounting structure. II.2. Installation of photovoltaic modules. II.3. Installation of inverters (inverters) II.4. Execution of a dedicated electrical installation. The project will be carried out by the applicant, who will commission the execution of individual elements of the project selected in the tendering of external companies.     Przedmiotem projektu będzie modernizacja energetycznea obiektu noclegowego „Pałac Siemczyno” poprzez montaż nowego, odnawialnego źródła ciepła w technologii rewersyjnych, gruntowych pomp ciepła typu solanka/woda, o nominalnej mocy grzewczej 216 kW na potrzeby C.O. i C.W.U. wraz z instalacją C.O., z aktywnym systemem 7 / 33 Wydruk kontrolny, suma kontrolna: 8a277f6b54 dystrybucji ciepła za pośrednictwem klimakonwektorów w układzie dwururowym w całym obiekcie i instalacją C.W.U. w kotłowni obiektu oraz montaż odnawialnego źródła energii elektrycznej opartego na technologii fotowoltaicznej o nominalnej mocy elektrycznej 39,78 kW. Wykonanie projektu obejmuje zrealizowanie następujących prac: I. Roboty instalacyjno-montażowe – system ogrzewania I.1. Wykonanie pionowego wymiennika gruntowego (dolnego źródło ciepła). I.2. Wykonanie kotłowni. I.3. Wykonanie instalacji dystrybucji ciepła w obiekcie. I.4. Wykonanie instalacji elektrycznej na potrzeby urządzeń C.O. i C.W.U. w budynku. II. Roboty instalacyjno-montażowe - instalacja fotowoltaiczna II.1. Montaż konstrukcji montażowej. II.2. Montaż modułów fotowoltaicznych. II.3. Montaż inwerterów ( falowniki) II.4. Za realizację projektu odpowiadać będzie wnioskodawca, który zlecać będzie wykonawstwo poszczególnych elementów projektu wybranym w podstępowaniach ofertowych firmom zewnętrznym. Projekt jest stacjonarny gdyż dotyczy istniejącego obiektu noclegowego. Powstałą infrastrukturą zarządzać będzie i eksploatować będzie wnioskodawca w ramach prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej (usługi turystyczne). Bezpośrednio po realizacji projektu możliwe będzie pełne wykorzystanie funkcjonalności powstałej infrastruktury. (Polish)
