Projekt dotyczy poprawy efektywności energetycznej w trzech obiektach użyteczności publicznej, których właścicielem jest jednostka samorządu terytorialnego - Gmina Cieszyn: 2 dwóch szkołach - Szkole Podstawowej nr 4, Szkole Podstawowej nr 6 i jednego przedszkola - Przedszkola nr 2.
