W ramach projektu "Zdrowy urzędnik" zaplanowano działania polegające na eliminowaniu zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka poprzez doposażenie stanowisk pracy polepszając ich ergonomię (zakup sprzętu/wyposażenia) oraz organizację działań eduka.-informacyjnych zwiększających świadomość pracowników na temat ergonomii pracy oraz wzmacniających/podnoszących ich wiedzę w tym obszarze (szkolenia/warsztaty, plakaty). Projekt będzie reali. przez 23 m-ce (1.02.2019-31.12.2020). Wsparciem zostanie objętych min. 839 os. (w tym 138os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej), tj.60%os. w wieku aktywności zawod. będących pracownikami UMWSL zatrudnionymi na co najmniej 0,5 etatu, na stanowiskach administra.-biurowych i fizycznych we wszystkich siedzibach Urzędu: Częstochowie, Katowicach, Bielsku Białej. Proj. zmniejszając zdrowotne czynniki ryzyka w miejscu pracy, przyczyni się bezpośrednio do wydłużenia czasu pozostania pracow. UM WSL w zatrudnieniu w szczególności os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej.
