Projekt dotyczy: w etapie I budowy kanalizacji sanitarnej w miejscowości Grzybowo wraz z kolektorem przesyłowym przebiegających przez Sycową Hutę z włączeniem do istniejącej sieci w miejscowości Łubiana, w etapie II budowy kanalizacji sanitarnej zapewniającej odprowadzenia ścieków z miejscowości Sycowa Huta i pozostałej części wsi Grzybowo. Celami projektu są: poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego na terenie aglomeracji Łubiana, w tym otuliny Wdzydzkiego Parku Krajobrazowego i Lipuskiego Obszaru Chronionego Krajobrazu oraz spełnianie przez aglomerację Łubiana zobowiązań akcesyjnych dot. oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych.
