The Municipality of the City. In total, there are 9 schools, including 7 subst. and 2 gymnasiums. The project will include 2 gymnasiums and 5 subst schools. Specific objectives: to provide comprehensive support to schools for which Gm. Town, based on comprehensive diagnosis, is the leading body; an increase in the level of key competences needed in the labour market among pupils, resulting in improvements in external performance and in the longer term – better preparation of pupils for labour market needs; increasing the chances of developing pupils with specific educational needs, in particular students with disabilities and with developmental disabilities; support the professional training of teachers, especially in the field of preparation for training key competences and working with pupils with special educational needs, in particular pupils with disabilities and with developmental disabilities. Actions: diagnosis of the development needs of schools (January 2016, author: Foundation Institute for the Promotion of Education from Gdynia; conducting classes of equalising and developing mathematics, computer science, nature and English; entrepreneurship classes, improving logical thinking, professional counseling; training in the use of modern teaching methods; trips aimed at familiarising students with modern technologies; activities to reduce disability and developmental disorders. The planned actions will contribute to improving the quality of education. At least 90 % of project participants will acquire key competences necessary on the market (for pupils) and will be qualified or acquire appropriate competences (in the case of teachers). The sustainability of activities undertaken in the field of the project will ensure, inter alia, the professional competences acquired and used by teachers to support pupils as part of compulsory school activities.     Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 1476 uczniów i 34 nauczycieli. Celem projektu jest poprawienie jakości edukacji ogólnej szkół podst. i gimn. Gminy Miastko. Łącznie w gm.jest 9 szkół, w tym 7 podst.i 2 gimn. W projekcie będą 2 gimn. i 5 szkół podst. Cele szczegółowe: zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia szkół, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Gm. Miastko, opartego na wszechstronnej diagnozie; wzrost poziomu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy wśród uczniów, przekładający się na poprawę wyników egz. zewn. i w dłuższej perspektywie –na lepsze przygotowanie uczniów do potrzeb rynku pracy; zwiększenie szans rozwoj.uczniów o spec. potrzebach edukac., w szczególności uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami i z zaburzeniami rozwoju; wsparcie doskonalenia zawodowego nauczycieli, przede wszystkim w zakresie przygotowanie do kształcenia kompetencji kluczowych oraz pracy z uczniami o specjalnych potrzebach edukac.w szczególności uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami i z zaburzeniami rozwoju. Działania: diagnoza potrzeb rozwojowych szkół (styczeń 2016r., autor: Fundacja Instytut Promocji Edukacji z Gdyni); prowadzenie zajęć wyrównujących i rozwijających matematyki, informatyki, przyrody i j.angielskiego; zajęć z przedsiębiorczości, poprawiających logicznej myślenie, doradztwa zawodowego; szkolenia z zakresu posługiwania się nowoczesnymi metodami nauczania; wyjazdy mające na celu zapoznanie się uczniów z nowoczesnymi technologiami; zajęcia ograniczające niepełnosprawność i zaburzenia rozwoju. Planowane działania przyczynią się do poprawy jakości kształcenia. Co najmniej 90% uczestników projektu nabędzie kompetencje kluczowe niezbędne na rynku (dotyczy uczniów) oraz uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie odpowiednie kompetencje (w przypadku nauczycieli). Trwałość działań podejmowanych w obszarze projektu zapewnią m.in. nabyte i wykorzystywane przez nauczycieli kompetencje zawodowe wspierające uczniów w ramach obowiązkowych zajęć szk. (Polish)
