Projekt obejmuje budowę tras rowerowych na terenie gminy Władysławowo. Trasy te będą stanowiły element większego przedsięwzięcia strategicznego pn. „Pomorskie Trasy Rowerowe o zasięgu międzynarodowym R-10 i Wiślana Trasa Rowerowa (R-9)" zdefiniowanego w RPS w zakresie atrakcyjności kulturalnej i turystycznej "Pomorska Podróż". Długość utworzonych szlaków turystycznych wyniesie 29,20 km. Szacuje się, że rocznie z tras rowerowych zrealizowanych w ramach projektu będzie korzystało 53 530 użytkowników. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu bezpośredniego, jakim jest utworzenie tras rowerowych spełniających międzynarodowe standardy na terenie gminy Władysławowo i województwa pomorskiego.
