Activities:covering all participants with the Individual Action Plan, psychological support, employment, vocational and computer training, professional internship. The main results of the project will be the acquisition of qualifications or competences by at least 54 participants of the project (min.90 %) and taking up work or continuing employment by at least 33 people (min.55 %). Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez następujące cele szczegółowe: -wytyczenie indywidualnej ścieżki zawodowej; -pomoc w adaptacji do nowej sytuacji; -pomoc w pozyskiwaniu ofert pracy i nabycie umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy; -zdobycie kwalifikacji lub kompetencji odpowiadających potrzebom regionalnego rynku pracy; -zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego.
