No. 1257 and 1260. The project of land development at the sanatorium Climate in Iwonicz Zdrój provides for an extension of the recreational and recreational function of the sanatorium. The plot has designed small architecture and pathways to improve the attractiveness and functionality of the entire sanatorium area. A small architecture is introduced in the form of five educational boards designed by educational paths, with the historical content of the spa Iwonicza ZdrojuThe reconstruction of the facility includes, among others, exchanging balustrades on balconies, loggias and terraces, carrying out construction works consisting of embedding a new window joinery, carrying out works consisting of rebuilding and repairing balconies, loggia and terrace. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie standardu świadczonych usług oraz wprowadzenie nowych usług w zakresie lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego przez sanatorium Klimat .W ramach projektu przewiduje się przebudowę i termomodernizację istniejącego budynku sanatoryjnego w Iwoniczu Zdroju, dz. nr. ewid 1257 i 1260 . Projekt zagospodarowania działki przy sanatorium Klimat w Iwoniczu Zdroju przewiduje poszerzenie funkcji rekreacyjno- wypoczynkowej sanatorium. Na działce zaprojektowano obiekty małej architektury oraz ścieżki, które mają na celu poprawić atrakcyjność i funkcjonalność całego terenu sanatorium. Wprowadza się małą architekturę w formie pięciu tablic edukacyjnych projektowanych przy ścieżkach edukacyjnych, o treści historycznej uzdrowiska Iwonicza ZdrojuPrzebudowa obiektu obejmuje m.in. wymiaę balustrad na balkonach, loggiach oraz tarasie, wykonanie prac budowlanych polegających na osadzeniu nowej stolarki okiennej , wykonanie prac polegających na przebudowie i naprawie balkonów, loggi i tarasu. Oraz dociepleniu ścian.Projekt obejmuje również zagospodarowanie terenu poprzez wykonanie małej architektury (siłownia zewnętrzna , plac zabaw, tablice informacyjne , trejaże , ławki, kosze na śmieci ) , altany o funkcji rekreacyjnej, utwardzonej nawierzchni gruntu ( ścieżka edukacyjna , drogi wewnętrzne , plac manewrowy oraz drogi i placu o nawierzchni asfaltowej ) oraz oświetlenie terenu.Projekt obejmuje dostawę urządzenia medycznego umożliwiającego wprowadzenie nowych usług w ramach lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego. W ramach projektu zakupione zostaną również nowe łóżka wraz z materacami oraz kart do drzwi pokojowych oraz programatora i encodera. Projekt obejmuje usługę - dostawę zamków elektronicznych wraz z ich montażem. Dodatkowo w ramach usług uwzględniono wydatki dot. inspektora nadzoru. (Polish)
